It's McDonald's soooooo you know what yer getting, there pretty much the same standard across the country, except for those few that really suck at it, this isn't one of them
Soda machine in lobby has an issue that completely changes the taste, and its not that the syrup is out. There is something going on with it. I was given a cup to get a drink and it was disgusting.. when I brought it to the managers attention. She informed me she knew about it. Yet you still let people drink that? Unprofessional, turn it off and fix it or get it fixed. I know this is an ongoing issue because I was there less than a week prior and the same exact issue. My stomach is churning after one sip.
Good, average McDs. No better or worse than most. I come here once a week for my elderly father and he's usually quite happy with it.
My sandwich was not wrapped well and smashed. When I took it inside to complain, the manager on duty gave me attitude. Poor customer service.
Normally food is surprisingly fresh for McDonald's. I only complain is they often will forget sauces or apple pies on occasion ):Just check your bag at the window and it'll be fine
Spicy chicken sandwich bun was hard. Also both hand soap dispensers in men's bathroom were out. No soap to wash your hands so how do employees wash their hands? Also ice machine sticks and ice shoots everywhere.
Breakfast is the only thing I like from McDonald’s. I can not speak in lunch foods as I do not eat their burgers or fries.
I've only been here once so far, so I'm going to err in the side of giving the benefit of the doubt for now. My order was accurate and presented to me in a timely manner... Once the one (1) cashier (working the Saturday morning breakfast/lunch changeover lollygagged with the customer before me for 5 full minutes due to said customer's complaint that her coffee was cold and the cashier's need to slowly meander away from the counter (presumably to ask a manager what to do, ) and then slowly meandering back and slowly 'explaining' to the customer that the 'creamer' is "probably the reason the coffee was cold," instead of just dumping the coffee, making a new hot cup, and handing it to the customer with a smile and an an "I'm sorry, m'aam, here's a fresh hot cup for you," and sending her on her way so that she could serve the next customer.The food was decent enough and the manager who brought me my food seemed to understand the meaning of the word 'hustle.'. The food was decent.
Not only did they get my order wrong but I also got charged for an extra french fry one of the drive-throughs was not working was not very satisfied with customer service
