This is one of the best McDonald's in the area in my opinion. ?? Really nice staff... efficient... food's fresher and they're more accurate with orders with special requests than the Spring Hill one by Target and the Suncoast... (I won't go there anymore)Worth the drive to this one and the one in Mariner's Plaza... ? ? When you have 1 meal to be "bad" for the week you want it to be properly prepared as well as fresh... McDonald's is usually my "go to" cheat meal! ?? *drive thru at both are awesome... that's all I use?
To start with I am handicapped and getting into the door was difficult because it is heavy and I use a walker when I open the door I could not go forward through because they were cones right on the mat saying what floor well you don't put it where people are coming in secondly.I ordered a McDouble with extra mayonnaise and extra pickles when I got it, it had no mayonnaise and one pickle when I fixed it with packages of mayonnaise and ketchup the burgers were burnt and I mean way dried out too ,how do they do that when they're supposed to go through the machine and be timed. My French fries had burnt tips and we're cold . the soda machine had no ice on either side. It seems all they will worry about was feeling big orders for the pickups I mean like doordash and Uber whatever it is those big shopping bags of food we're ready for the drivers to come in and get them. I picked this McDonald's because I could usually trust that I got decent food , it doesn't seem like they can handle the business. I'll try a different one in a couple of weeks when I have another Burger..
I was here about a week ago and the fries were dry and like from the day before. TerribleI came today and ordered breakfast I decided not to get hash browns because my previous experience with fries and food so I got 2 chicken biscuits and you should’ve seen they were not completely wrapped call and the biscuits extremely hard.. something needs to get done the young lady in the drive-through window was telling me this is how they come out I mentioned to her I understand the chicken it’s almost black but why is the bread so hard she reply again this is how they come out they offered to make me fresh ones but I don’t Think they know what fresh looks like
It's McDonald's what can you say? I was there for lunch around 11:30. The dining room was not crowded. Good social distance. Very pleasant. The parking lot is confusing.
Went to McDonald's on Mariner, poor, actually, NO service.. Decided to give McDonald's on Cortez a try... Ordered a large big Mac and cheese burger.. got home, what they gave me was a double quarter pounder and small fries... I thought the problem was at one franchise..but it's systemic.. It wasn't full, nor were there a line of cars.. Just employees who don't care... NO MORE McDonald's for me!
Stopped in for drinks through the drive through. Why do they have two windows, but have someone standing outside to collect the money, but not using the first window for that purpose? I miss the Styrofoam cups that kept drinks cold. The new cups seem smaller, but probably aren't. The drinks met expectations at a little higher cost than they used to be (remember $1.00 any size drinks).
This is the worst mcdonalds I have seen. Came here for an Uber eats pickup and waited 20 minutes while the staff was trying to figure out life. There was a girl working the front counter with wired headphones on. Yes wired to her phone I had to cancel the trip it took so long. Came back for another pickup the lobby was closed at 7:30 PM! The management here is non existent this is why I have not eaten McDonald's in 5 years and I will never. They hire terrible employees to include management.
I know I shouldn't expect much from McDonald's. But, this one is completely unprofessional and unorganized. I won't even get into the fact that they are liars.We placed a mobile order. Sat in the parking lot and waited. Went in to check several times and never saw our number on the screen. We gave the cashier our number, and Precious there says they don't have our order.We get back in the car, thinking we're at the wrong location. Google the address. Nope. This is where we should be. We go back in, and precious immediately starts yelling they don't have our order. I show her my phone and say well, we placed it here and paid. She doesn't care and won't even look. She's completely hostile and defensive and thinks she's right.Some dude comes out from the back, saying he's been calling my name. First of all, no, you didn't. And that was confirmed by several other patrons saying he never called my name. But why are you calling a name when you gave me a number, and there are numbers on the screen when your order is ready?Nobody tried to find out why. We were met by a hostile and professional woman. Disgusting treatment! I'm so happy there is a burger king across the street. You obviously don't care about customers, so great, no meed to come back. Please stop expecting 15 dollars an hour when you do 2 dollars worth of work.Not to mention, the food was slopped together and looked like blood clots in the burger.

I give this restaurant 1 star because have never been able to get a 100% complete/accurate/fresh order from this store. I give the other 2 stars because the frappes are good, and the McFlurries are great when the ice cream machine is working.
