We spent over $50 on an order just now. The cheeseburger we ordered was missing. The crispy chicken sandwich that was ordered w/extra pickles had a whole two pickles on it and all three fries that we ordered w/NO SALT were all salted and cold. I will definitely be spending my $50 somewhere else next time.
We really enjoyed our experience here at this location. The bathrooms and eating areas were super clean. There was also great customer service all of the employees were super friendly especially the cashier who I think is named Patti.
The woman working back drive was an absolute angel. She was very respectful. Extremely helpful navigating the rewards/points system. She deserves to be recognized for her wonderful customer service. My visit was 9th May 2022 at 730am
We stopped at the drive thru for lunch. The attendant was friendlier than most McDonald's we've been to, and the food came out right. In my opinion though, the chicken nuggets were slightly overcooked, which tends to dry them out. Otherwise, this is my new favorite McDonald's!!!
I have been eating a McDonald's for forever, But don't know three Quarters of their menu!!!! 2 Mcdoubles, large Fry and occasional Large Strawberry Milkshake!!!! I love the fact that Every other hamburger joint will tell we are so much better than Mickey D's and MD keeps quiet and fills my need for a quick meal!!!! Pray For America!!!!????????????!!!! Rainy day, but sunny personalities all around. Woman by the front doors was mopping up the mess left by wet customers. She advised us to be careful - and said it with a big smile. Our cashier was very nice - efficient and pleasant. Order came up quickly and both egg McMuffins were delicious. Bathrooms were clean, too.
Every time we go, something is missing from our order. This time, they didn't give us our 6pc chicken nuggets and my deluxe chicken sandwich came with 4 stings of lettuce and nothing else. Last time I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich I got bread, lettuce, tomato, and sauce, no chicken on it. Not to count that they almost always forget the toys in the happy meals which is the whole point of a happy meal. Unfortunately I don't notice until I get home and by then I do not want to go out again.
Went there on 4/10/22 and what an experience. First we ordered on the mobile app, expecting the food to be ready when we go there, wrong, had to wait 15 minutes. The bigger issue was watching the employee bag the food and deliver orders to those that came inside. No one knew there order #, so the employee would look into every bag, move food to see what was in there (no gloves), and then stick her face down in the bag (no mask); and even after that almost every order was still wrong and customers had to ask for missing items. I will be in no rush to visit this location anytime soon!
I know it's far from fine dining but damn! The quality of food was absolutely horrible. The fries you could break like matchsticks they were so cold and stale . I reluctantly went back and waited through the drive-thru to exchange the fries and they were very dismissive about the whole thing and had me pull forward to one of their reserved drive-thru spots. It has been over 10 minutes and I'm still waiting.
Probobly a one off experience, but passing through town I stopped. I sat in the car line for over 30 minutes. I got charged the wrong amount which the staff could not figure out how to fix and then got the wrong order which they eventually did fix. I don't expect a lot from McDonald's but this was crazy.
