The service was adequate for the volume of business. The sushi was okay. Both rolls I had were overpowered by the breading and oil used to cook them.My combo plate was good. The atmosphere is more towards a family dinner than intimate dinning. The flooring is solid not carpeted.I would definitely return again to dine. The my card was returned with the credit card bill only not the detail billing I used to pay the bill.TIPS are supposed to be based on the pretaxed amount, but the bill incorrectly uses the after tax amount to estimate the TIPS. Plus, the estimate starts at 17% not 15%.
This place was great! Would definitely recommend if you're in the area. All our meals were delicious and good portions.
Our dinner was excellent! Sushi and sashimi was so fresh. Staff is very friendly and thorough. It was our first time there since moving to the area last month but it won’t be our last!
Popped into Masa for dinner while we were visiting Weechi Wachee Spring. The seeweed salad was tasty and shareable portion. The thai ice tea hit the sweet tooth spot. The kids really enoyed the dumpling and clear soup. The basil shrimp was good but very lite in basil flavor and we asked for it spicy and it definitely wasn't spicey at all.I wouldn't order the sushi we tried again only bc it was really dense and heavy on my stomach (so more of a personal preference) nothing to do with taste - it was yummy actually just too much and i also figured out i don't like hot/cook avocado. The service was wonderful and attentive.Would definitely stop by again when in area and if you are looking for a thai and sushi spot give this one a go!
No one was in there so the staff was okay. I tried a taste of the teriyaki sauce it was good got the chicken to go , when I got home 10 minutes later the sauce was horrible, so watery that it had no flavor. I poured it off and added my own sauce. Very little chicken and filled to the top with onions, must have been at least 2 whole. 2 small bites of broccoli. Cocktail was good but overpriced. Will never eat there again.
NO FLAVOR. I ordered for delivery and when my food arrived it had no sauce as you can see. I am so disappointed that I spent 30 dollars on some plain noodles and chicken. Everything was just awful.
We have been going to masa for around 2-3 years now and it’s started off great. The place has really started to go down hill. The last three times we went we waited over 20 minutes to even get a drink order let alone all most having 0 beers available. This final time we went we ended up walking out because we never got served.Food is great and we will definitely get take out but don’t waste your time dining here.
Great service and food. Our waitress Jenny was very attentive. This was our second time here and will definitely be going back.
Always a fan-favorite. Amazing sushi, fresh fish, and incredible dinner dishes. The Mongolian Beef is one of the best I’ve had. The Poke Man specialty roll is also a perfect pairing of fish and ingredients (the roll without jalapeños in the photo).
Last night was our first time there after hearing great things about Masa. We made a 6:00 p.m. reservation knowing it would be busy on a Friday night. Atmosphere is beautiful, food was awesome! Shortly after our appetizers arrived we were asked to relocate to a booth because a party of eight had come in...of course we got got up and moved but if that happens again it's up to the restaurant to make accommodations for a party of eight with no reservation without asking someone else to move. I understand you don't want to turn anyone away especially a bigger party, I just think asking people to move once they have started eating was not in very good taste. It's not going to keep us from coming back but it was important that you know how we felt.
