I love brisket and @LaurieCue did not disappoint. Absolutely delicious. Ordered the three meat platter and the chicken was moist and tasty and the pulled pork excellent as well. Fast and friendly service, excellent customer service. Everyone in my party was happy with their meal and equally impressed.
Better half got the pulled chicken sandwich-sweet sauce...she loved it. I had the brisket/Pork sandwich, Smokey beans and green beans....wow all 3 were on point!!Nice touch with the potatoes mixed in the green beans and meat added to the Smokey beans....Yum
Wonderful Que and delightful service! 5 minutes from the house will see us there often. Had the 4 meat platter that did not disappoint. Everything cooked perfectly with nice smoky flavor. We tried 2 sauces, original and fiery, that were both tasty. Next time I’m going to try the mustard based sauces. Check it out, I think you’ll love it.
We had your corned beef dinner today. It was so yummy! The corned beef was so tender and the cabbage, carrots, and potatoes were amazing. My husband and I split the dinner but next time we’re not sharing! Count us in the next time you fix this!

I stopped in here yesterday for lunch. I have been wanting to check this place out for quite some time now and just haven't made it by the area at the same time they were open. So glad I finally did! I had the brisket with green beans, collard greens, and cornbread. This was not the quality of food I would have expected from a food truck. This far exceeded my expectations. I will be returning again often!
I heard good Things about LaurieCue and tryed them today for the first time and the bqq Chicken was amazing!! The best Bqq Chicken I have had!! Definitely going back and next time trying the Brisket and ribs!! The service was also good very good customer service!!

I think I irritated the owner when I asked her how I could get some hot, fresh brisket, but in my defense, this was some excellent, juicy goodness! I would love to snag some of this brisket right out of the smoker (if she would let me!). I tried the 3 meat choice (pork, ribs, and brisket). The brisket was excellent, the pulled pork was juicy, and the ribs were flaky and came off the bone nicely. The original and hot sauces (hot is more like mild) were good, and though I liked the vinegar sauce, I felt it needed a bit more sticky/sauce vibe to it. The Mac was good, and I personally liked the Cole slaw. it wasn't too much "mayo", and was light and had a nice zing to it. Don't be fooled by the small location; this one is worth a stop.
My first time eating here.. The best BBQ I have ever had in over 15 years! Staff friendly and professional. Food so good I ordered catering for a party in a couple days! Price Super fair and reasonable. Spring Hill has a new Queen in town she is LaurieCue!!
