They were busy under staffed, but I ordered the thigh and leg ? option and was given a back ? wish they'd educate they're workers on the difference I specifically asked for a thigh and leg ? and asked and said please don't give me a 'back' cause I got one last Time... And to my displeasure I got a back ? again .I understand that they are short staffed.. usually I'm not disappointed with this KFC
They were two of us. We ordered the classic chicken sandwich with a medium drink and a large fry everything was hot. As for extra mayonnaise and pickles and we received extra mayonnaise and pickles chicken was delicious French fries were delicious can't complain at all.
After repeating my order a half a dozen times to two different people, with instructions as simple as no gravy, when I got home the order was still wrong. The food I was able to eat was pretty good.
Driver for delivery was great even going back for me didn't get my bucket of chicken I ordered also ordered 12 fried wings regular wings got 12 but so damn spicy I can't even eat them so not thrilled with KFC right now really was in mood for this and they ruined it, fries were cold and soggy not secret crispy recipe what is going on with never deal with them again. But like I said thank God I had a great driver who offered to go back and try to correct issue so mad waited 45 mins for the food and didn't get what I ordered except the sides
...Soggy chicken & "Missed" 2 WHOLE ORDERS!!!(Lousy management, I guess but, Maybe it's just the "Pressure" of being NEXT-2 a "Popeye's" & a "Zaxby's"???)-Whatever......I Probably WON'T be back!!!(Especially after CALLING-THEM to let them know My "Order" was messed-up!!!)

On 12/30/21, went for dinner. Ordered the four piece meal. It was literally the worst chicken I have eaten in my 37 years living in Hernando County. Overcooked and swimming in grease. A truly ugly experience.
Called the manager because they forgot the green beans. His explanation was he has incredible employee turnover. I tried to explain to him about processes such as when you hand the food to the person tell them what’s in the bag but all he wanted to do was focus on employee turnover. It doesn’t matter if your training is not sufficient and the training does not include processes that can minimize mistakes. In the picture there are six pieces of dark chicken and this plate is a normal size plate. The pieces have gotten so small and the price keeps going up. If you compare this fried chicken to the fried chicken at Publix you will see Kentucky fried chicken is in a downward spiral
Chicken was awesome original recipe of course and the chicken sandwich definately try it only bummer they were sold out of cole slaw Dustin was a breathe of fresh air at a busy drive thru window
Drive thru is a night mare! Ordered two chicken sandwiches, told to pull around and wait 8 minutes by the front door. Waited over 12 minutes. Food never came! Something really wrong with this shift/at this place! This customer was NOT their priority. Truth! Would give zero stars if possible.
