Terrible Terrible Terrible: Shame on you Jimmy John’s! First I’d like to say the customer service at this location is awful. It seems no training, supervision, or guidance is given to employees. They are generally rude and most times can’t be bothered with a simple task like taking your order. Secondly: the food is comparatively pricy which is usually justified in that Jimmy John’s typically provides a superior sandwich. Nope not this location. Not once has my order been correct or as requested. I’ve tried several times to give it a chance and they can’t seem to get it straight. Thirdly: I am let down as it seems there is no quality control as management is seemingly never present. On this day I purchased my son a Turkey sandwich. The sandwich I received was not even a slice of Turkey on a minuscule bread roll. $8.00 gets you not enough to feed a child at Jimmy John’s! I attached two photos to this review.

We showed up. Gave the girl at the counter our whole order which consisted of 4 sandwiches and she then told us that they are out of turkey…how are they out of turkey? My sister, who is a typical 9-year-old, asked for a plain tuna sandwich. There is no sign or anything saying what the tuna salad has in it. We get the sandwich and it is loaded with celery and onions. I guess we should have asked, but it’s a child that wants a PLAIN sandwich. Should’ve at least been mentioned what was in the tuna salad. After picking out the celery and onions, there was hardly anything left other than bread.

I don't know how a Subway could stay in business if there is a Jimmy John's nearby. Just a much superior sandwich shop.

Awesome soft bread, always good and fresh. Very fast service.

How does a "Sub shop" have no bread? I don't know either, but If you call the Jimmy John's at 13211 Cortez Blvd they could probably tell you because that's what happened. Yep, Middle of the day no bread but the "Fresh Bread" sign is on and they're still open??????????? How do you make sandwiches with no bread???? Everyone in the store was under 16, and absolutely did not care, where is the management??? No one was concerned...............

Went to get the special 50 off one counter help didn't know how to help us with it 4 people at counter,,, I had problem before in Inverness FL and quit going there,, come to Brooksville FL and same issues, I believe training is still needed.went to Chick fil a,instead...quick and fast and they had lots of people, jimmy John's only had us for customers, figure that one

4 employees working and none could answer a question. Asked them about the online ordering for 50 completely clueless. Just left. Every food place around fill with customers and they had none in the restaurant at all!! Maybe that should tell owner something!!!

Unfortunately I couldn’t even place an order. They were out of bread at lunchtime, this is the 3rd time visiting and same outcome. I don’t know if I will return. Sadly I like JJ but you can’t make a sandwich with no bread. Thankfully we have many other options in Spring Hill.

Very sad sandwich. Definitely not worth waiting 15 min for and $9/each. Tough bread and pathetically skimpy on meat and toppings. I really wanted to like this place because of the cult following but if this is the hype is about I would assume save $2 and get twice the sandwich at Publix. *** I emailed the information to the email provided and was told to call the store directly. Please stop directing people here as it is clearly to the route to take.

First time there, apparently things are added to the sandwich you didn’t ask for that “come standard” even though I asked what came on it and I wasn’t told that it came with it. On the sign it doesn’t say that it comes with it. When I called back after I got home to see my extreme dissatisfaction I was informed I had to ask not to get those things added. If it’s not listed and I ASK what comes on it how am I supposed to magically divine that it actually DOES come with other things on the sandwich? Somehow it’s my fault however. I won’t be back.
