The food was outstanding and fresh!! Our waitress, Jess was absolutely awesome and amazing!! She kept checking on all of us, got our food quickly and made sure our drinks were topped off! It was a great experience. Thank you a thousand times to Jess!!
Went to IHOP in Brooksville and to my surprise I wasn't disappointed at least at this location. Haven't been to an IHOP in years because of their food. Today my food was cooked the way that I like it and it was brought to me quick, there was no waiting on it for long. However, as for the service itself it was good, the atmosphere was quiet and friendly. Will one day come back but to this location again.
We rarely eat out. And even less often to a chain. But IHOP is a favorite. It's not expensive no fancy. The service is almost always great. The hiring is what is noticeable. The servers are all very nice. All the servers clearly have been picked because they are nice. Not something you often see. Also a diverse staff. Something we love to see.
We had a great breakfast for dinner and a Buffalo chicken melt and fries dinner plate. Excellent service from Boriana. You can’t go wrong with an iHop meal!
We stopped for a late breakfast this morning and were pleasantly pleased with our server Tyler. He was very professional, cheerful, and attentive. Food was very good and plentiful!! Tyler may be missing his calling. He’d fit right in at a high end fancy restaurant. Thank you Tyler for making our breakfast enjoyable!!
We stopped for breakfast 06/05/2022 in Brooksville. Being IHOP I wasn't expecting much. I was extremely surprised. The restaurant was very clean even the restroom. I have to mention one very awesome employee. Kevin was a delight. He really enjoyed interaction with his customers. He was very patient and answered all our questions based on our diet restrictions. Very eager to make our visit enjoyable. I overheard him interacting with his other customers and he was truly exceptional. He went out of his way to make a special little birthday snack for lady next to us. She just casually mentioned it was her birthday and he went out of his way to make her stay awesome. I have to thank Kevin because he is a great person who truly cares about others. Very refreshing in this day and age.
Hubby and I have been here twice recently. The first time was amazing. Wonderful, sweet, efficient waitress, food was delicious, attentive manager present and interactive with the customers. Today was the exact opposite. The waitress was dismissive, awkward, and had a very fake demeanor and poor eye contact, no greeting even. We eventually ordered after being sat. Our coffee arrived with my husband's meal, my meal arrived later. When my hubby's plate was dumped in front of him, he wasn't given a moment to ask for ketchup before she turned and left. I requested *twice* that my hash browns be made extra crispy, they came out barely browned. Grits were cold. They put a coffee carafe in front of you, ours wasn't very filled and we each got only 1 cup with a little bit left and we weren't checked up on in a timely manner to point out these issues until the meal was done. The waitress said that we should have told her sooner.....um, she was nowhere in sight until the end. We honestly felt like she had some issue with us! Nothing was done to try to make things right. We are always generous tippers, this was the first time I have ever left nothing, and I left a note to that effect. It totally wiped out the great experience we had previously. Such a shame.
IHOP is definitely one of my favorite breakfast restaurants. Their food is great and the prices are affordable. Also I love that there are hard floors instead of carpet. Restaurants with carpet have a smell that you just can't get rid of. ?
There was a short wait for a table at 1pm on Sunday. This is a new location opened in 2021 in Brooksville right on Cortez Blvd (Hwy 50) next to Burger King. The interior was mostly booths with tall plexiglass dividers. The menu offers eggs, omelets, waffles, pancakes, crepes, hash browns, breakfast meats, burgers, bowls, tilapia, chicken, milkshakes, coffee, juice, etc. My spinach & mushroom omelet was a generous portion, pretty and tasty with hollandaise sauce on top. Service was friendly and everything was clean. 4 stars because IHOP is not a 4 star restaurant but for a diner level restaurant the quality was a pleasant surprise. I would recommend stopping here. They accommodate larger groups by combining tables in the area with no booths.
Jordan was an Amazing server ? Waffles were a little overdone but they replaced them for me. Would be nice to have the music playing louder- it's just too quiet in there. Way better experience than when we ordered during Opening week. Definitely go inside to eat as we picked up the first time and my Blueberry pancakes were just raw batter in the middle and there was no way of fixing that HAHA
