First time here today. Ordered the grilled veggie sandwich and fries. I know it’s a burger joint but this sounded good. Got home and had to dig through an enormous pile of fries Ended up pouring out the fries and got the sandwich. I had to scrape the entire mess onto a plate and eat what I could with a fork. I am most likely not returning.
Hot and tired from a long hard day…Decided try try Five Guys… Can’t rember when I’ve had a better buger - A+ !…The Fries were SO good…I can burn out on fries easy…but could not stop eating then!…Great quaintly, and just an over all outstanding experience… I rarely give a 5 star for everything must near perfect for that….and it was here…GREAT spot!
This is supposed to be a lettuce wrap burger.The new slogan, “where’s the lettuce”.One small, wilted piece.Terrible service. This place is going down hill. I can only assume a change in management to match the lack of quality control and courteous customer service.Smh. What a shame. The staff was more concerned about some “ secret shopper” coming in a few minutes earlier than serving the customer in front of them.Our order was incorrect and after 25 minutes we still left with an incorrect order.
Called ahead had less than 5min wait their hamburgers are the best around Spring Hill and the fries are great and you always get your moneys worth
Best burgers in town. Fries are delicious! A bit pricey is the only downfall.
Fast good burgers and fries. Keeping it simple but tasty. I appreciate their extra care in addressing gluten issues.
My son has severe allergies and this is the only restaurant we have tried with him. They do a phenomenal job with communicating about the allergy and going above and beyond to clean off the grill. Super thankful!
We arrived at about 1:30. Nobody in line. A few people were waiting on food. Store was clean.I got a blt. It was okay. Basic. Came on a burger bun. Ton of bacon. Didn't love it on a burger bun. Too much bread.Hubby got the little cheeseburger. We asked if they had buns without seeds. They don't . But they suggested two bottom buns. That was nice. Hubby can't digest nuts and seeds.We got a large fry. That's like 40 potatoes! Haha. So many fries. It's odd. They put them in a cup and then dump 3 more cups worth of fries in the bag. Lol. Good food.
I always love a Five Guys burger. This location is no different. Sometimes there is a longer wait time than others, but 4/5 times I go I don't have any issues. Highly recommend calling ahead to get your order started while you're on the way over.
$16 for a burger, small fries and a small drink??? I ordered with everything... Apparently you have to be specific because it doesn't include everything... You have to pay extra to add jalapenos because $16 isn't enough... Is this real life?... Never again!
