I go here frequently, after tonight I will NEVER be back. I have two children, one of my kids don’t like rice and beans and the other does. I ordered two separate kids meal one with fries and one with rice and beans. Both come out with rice and beans, I simply tell the waiter I ordered fries not rice and beans with one of the kids meals. The waiter says “do you wanna add fries?” No I don’t want to add fries and pay for fries extra after ordering them to begin with. My child simply won’t eat the rice and beans. The lady is like well she’s picking at the beans, yeah my 3 year old is picking at the beans because she don’t want them on her plate, I told her to just take them back and get her fries as I ordered. She was so rude and caught a major attitude about her mess up. Pretty much ignored our table to the point my fiancé had to ask for our bill. Then on the way out the building my children tried to get a gumball out the little machine- took both my childrens quarter and then didn’t dispense a gum ball- I let the lady know at the counter she didn’t even go put an out of order sign. Horrible customer service .
I have been several times now and the food is always very good and consistent. The staff is always friendly and very attentive ?
We're local to El Sol and have been there many times. We have attempted their to-go service in the past with little success. I ordered a meal I frequently get when dining in. When we got it home the meal was completely different. I called them up and they originally told me that I received the right meal, which I knew was incorrect because I order it frequently. When I explained the meal I ordered and the meal I received they said I must've not ordered the right meal...Again, I order this almost every time we go. They would not accept any responsivity. I chalked it up to a mistake and we continued to eat here. Recently we had a larger group that we were buying meals for. We needed meals for 12 people. I called 3 hours in advance to let them know the order and gave them a pickup time. When we showed up to get the food they said they had no record of my order at all. They said I called the wrong number. I showed them the call in my cellphone and the length of the call (6 minutes) they insisted that I was mistaken. I spoke to a gentleman when I originally called, we went over what I wanted, the sides, extra tortillas, sour cream, etc. Upon arrival they pretty much said I was mistaken and must not have placed the order when I called and talked to them for 6 minutes. Mistakes happen, I understand that. This place made me feel like a fool, they do not accept blame and instead place blame. Very unprofessional.
Really good! Our family is picky when it comes to Mexican food - this place wins, for sure! Great staff, great food and a great store next door. I got the Texas Pelusa with 3 flour tortillas and its was ?.
Found this gem.. authentic & delicious! Great customer service, nice restaurant and it has a Mexican market attached we’re you can buy Mexican desserts/breads, ice creams or anything of your needs!
Food was very good and reasonable. We were just passing through and decided on this restaurant, and I'm glad we did. I had the chicken chimichanga, which was very good.
Cute and clean little Mexican Restaurant that has a bar and a Mexican store that you can walk into from the dinning area.
My husband and I ate there for the first time and it was good. They had great food and service. definitely a new place for us to frequent. Highly recommended.
Absolutely amazing food! We came on an extremely busy night. They were short staffed and dealing with an influx of customers. Even with the wait, the staff was friendly and our waitress was working very hard to take care of everyone. They kept our chips and salad full while we waited and that was very appreciated! I ordered the Texas Pelusa and it was crazy good. One of the best meals I’ve eaten at a restaurant. My kids all cleaned their plates and I can’t tell you how rare that is. If we come back to the area, we’ll definitely be eating here again!
Absolutely delicious, Great atmosphere, staff was very friendly! Probably the best chicken tortilla soup ever! Our server was Victor and he was awesome
