Last time I visit this location. I initially tried to purchase my 2 coffee rolls and my apple fritter from the lobby, only to find the door locked. Is it too much to ask a business for upfront notification? I then purchased my items from the drive thru only to be disappointed by the quality. Maybe I expect too much.

Sign hung on drive thru that said lobby only. Went to lobby. Worker discouraged people from ordering any food as that would take longer because they were "short staffed". Didn't have the bagel flavor I wanted. Bathrooms were disgusting. There was a spider about 7" in diameter crawling around the ceiling. Are all Dunkins like this? Did not inspire me to visit another one.

where do i begin?staff is rude 98% of the time, donuts always taste like they are day old donuts and are stale (even at 630am!)i got a bacon egg and cheese bagel the other day, and half of the bottom bagel was so hard, that when i threw it out the window, and it hit the road, it broke into pieces. i went there this morning (most convient spot for me to stop for breakfast), to get another bagel, and was told that their food prep table was broken. wouldve been nice to have had a sign up saying so, or maybe suggest me a donut or something. i always try to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but they never cease to stop disappointing me. definately wish we could get a better donut joint in town......

The worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Been to this location multiple times and it just gets worse with each visit. They’re always out of everything. Yesterday after waiting 20 minutes in line of two cars, I get up to the speaker to be told they have no vanilla swirl, no donuts, no munchkins, no iced coffee cups. This was at 11am..employees and management need to do better.

At 7:53 am I walked inside to order a coffee. Upon entering was asked “how did you get in here?” To which is replied “through the door” and pointed to the door. The Dunkin employee said “the dining room is closed, you can’t be in here.” I replied and explained I have a truck and trailer that cannot fit through the drive thru, is it possible for you to help me? At that point the employee invited me to walk through the drive through and order. A completely unacceptable response. You would think telling someone to walkthrough a drive through would be a safety hazard.

good customer service and sitting area is great

Short Handed! No one to clean although staff on hand was doing a good job to just to keep the orders flowing. Food good, establishment needs a employee to clean, to us/me this is my first impression when trying out any place. Helena was Great so was her Co-Worker that we interacted with.

If I could rate 0 stars I would. This Dunkin’ Donuts was out of donuts, caramel, and more. Everything we tried to order they were out. That itself doesn’t deserve a bad review. The reason for this review is the terrible customer service. It took 10 minutes to take our order because the lady didn’t know how to put it in the computer. We then waited 20 MINUTES for two donuts (which they had even though they said they were out) a bagel, bagel sandwich, iced coffee and frozen coffee. They made the frozen coffee first and it sat unpoured for that whole 20 minutes. Two people were standing around the entire time with their hands on their hips doing nothing but complaining about customers and other employees. When we were finally handed out items the employees made it seem like we were the reason it took so long and it was our fault we were getting impatient.

The WORST Dunkin Donuts I've ever visited!! I went there in February 2022. The young man handling drive-thru responded by saying, "What can I get you, babe?" I placed my order and he said, "OK, babe, come on around." I got to the window and he took my bankcard, launching into a rant about this bank and how they wouldn't refund his "motherf++king fees".It doesn't end there. I ordered a chai latte. I tasted it as I pulled away from the window, only to realize it had coffee in it. I parked and went in, and told the person at the counter. The woman who made the drink became belligerent and loudly told me that chai has espresso in it. It doesn't. When I explained to her I wanted a plain chai, she got more defensive, rather than simply offering to remake the drink. Finally, "Babe" brought me a new drink. It was correct. But I will NEVER EVER EVER return to this Dunkin Donuts. And you shouldn't either,. I couldn't find the number of a manager to call, but I hope he/she reads this review, or this store is destined to fail.

5 stars goes to the employees working on Sunday Feb 6th. At 9:30 am registers were down & you could only order thru the app. This dunkin is always out of everything, closed or semi closed. But the employees make up for the lack of responsible management. The girls inside were very apologetic and friendly, which I am sure is hard when no one is even there to give permission to hang a sign on the door letting customers know to order on the app only. Kayla, who clearly was very new, was so nice & helpful. The other girl, maybe the trainer, was great. She worked very hard getting us our stuff. This store is something else. The average employee would walk out or just not come to work having to work in such chaos. Management needs to recognize and appreciate these employees for returning and working I'm such hostile environment.
