One last try..My first visit to the Brooksville Dunkin' Donuts location Was Subpar. In Entering the building. The dinning area counters and floor was very dirty. Inside of the ice cream display case there were 3 ft Ice stalactites Along with Freezer burned ice cream.There were three to four employees behind the counter we were the only customers in the store and within a 5-minute window not one of them acknowledged Or asked if we could be helped. So therefore we walked out.. However to give the benefit of the doubt and one last opportunity I returned to the same location a few months later this time i went through the drive through. I ordered a dozen assorted requesting half were filled donuts and the rest regular.. I got no napkins, four out of the six filled hand no filling in them at all And the rest tasted like day old stale Donuts..
I called yesterday to place an order for two gallons of coffee to be ready at 645 as it takes about 15 mins to brew each. I show up today and am just met with blank stares and general lack of concern. "Nobody told us" Thats not true. I told them. Yesterday. I even tried to pay ahead. Just the same customer service everything has become these days. Go to Dough Js across the street. Family owned. The guy really puts his heart into the buisness. Not like this place where nobody even cares about who comes through the door.
Slowest dunkin within 50 miles. If you want to wait 25 minutes for a pickup order or in drive thru, go here. I had to ask 4times if they forgot our simple order.
This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to! We pull up in the drive through and order 2 drinks and some hash browns and some snackin bacon right… We get our drinks and we’ve gotta pull up and wait. We’re waiting and waiting and we end up pulling around because a car was honking to move because the drive thru is about 3 inches wide and anyways as she comes to the window to give us in her words our fresh hash browns I bit into one and it’s literally frozen!
4/10/22 1:10 pm. We rolled up to place our order and the woman taking my order was so incredibly and remained pleasant through the entire order. We placed a large order and everything was correct and well prepared. I experienced one of the best Dunkin lattes I've ever had! The young ladies working this day were smiling and sweet and makes me want to drive out of my way to come here again. So a huge shout out to Jess, Samantha, Sophie and Kayla! Thank you for sharing your joy!
Management need to get up to date here.Love how I pay money for their cups and for some reason this location has givin me the most problems using it. I understand with covid not touching my cup but as long as I have my mug you should honor the price. I travel for work and go to Dunkin every morning and never have this problem Being that you also sell the cups also need to be courteous enough to have you signs if you choose to be difficult about it. At least note you seel them but don't honor the refill price.
The manger on dudy was amazing. Very helpful and sweet. I absolutely love her it was busy but she made sure I was taken care of. I give her 2 thumbs up
I recently moved to this area this is sadly the only dunkin near by, this is absolutely undoubtedly the worst dunkin location I have ever been to. I have religiously gotten dunkin every morning for five years now, and that trend ends here. Coming to this dunkin the parking lot is an unorganized set up for disaster it’s like you want us to play bumper cars just to get in and out of the parking lot. The people that work here are rude and completely uninterested in their job. I could not care less how understaffed or busy you are at the end of the day there is only one way to run a business and treat a customer busy or not. The person at the window consistently is this man with no uniform in just some stained dirty white t shirt who looks like he hasn’t showered in days but takes his time to put on press on nails every morning which I’m pretty sure after running four restaurants my self is a health code violation. he is horribly rude and treats me like im an annoyance when I have a problem with my burnt coffee, my no tomato having hummus and tomato toast, my wet and soggy bagel minis, and my not seasoned bacon. I had to go in to get my issues resolved just to be greeted with more attitude from a so called manager and excuses that they’ve had a rough morning at 11am with no line and no one in the building. My coffee was still disgusting completely un drinkable I had to go next door to wawa to get real food and coffee I can actually drink, AMERICA RUNS ON WAWA!
I waited over 45 minutes to get to a window where the person was not in uniform and was dirty. I finally got my food 50 minutes in and btw it was two donuts and two coffees the donuts were stale and old and the coffee was burnt and made incorrectly. And when asked for new donuts I was given attitude and rude stares. We need new employees and people who actually want to do their job. This isn’t my first time dealing with this at this location and hopefully it gets resolved soon. Terrible management and poorly trained staff.
Also a baskin Robbins. Was out of almost every flavor or ice cream, cones, and toppings. We didn't order anything. No way around the drive thru line so we had to wait 20 more minutes to get out. We went to dairy queen down the road where they had everything we wanted.
