First, the minute I walked in the girl behind the counter had the meanest look on her face just just starring at me until I told her why I was there without her greeting me at all. She then mumbled go to the other counter and walked off. Next, my order was completely wrong. I ordered 2 dinners with 3 meats, one of which looked like there were only 2 orders of meat because the portion was so small, so I had to order a 4th portion (it was all pretty dry with 1 baby sauce cup). This wasn't worth the price. The sides they gave me were wrong so I when I brought it their attention I was told they "were out" of the creamed spinach for both orders so they gave beans and mac and cheese for both and nothing was said when I picked up the food. It was replaced with a Cesar salad to which I have never seen such a ridiculously small portion in my life *as seen in picture* those are regular size croutons by the way so you can get an idea how small the container is. They gave me ranch as my dressing for a Cesar salad. Last but not least I ordered 2 unsweet teas and somehow they managed to give me 1 sweet, 1 unsweet. Needless to say I won't be going back.
Great food and great service
Plastic all inside in my potatoe brisket. Tried to call and the manager was rude and didn’t understand why we were upset about having this much plastic in our food. Hung up on us multiple times and was very disrespectful.
Went here for lunch with my crew of 5 and they all liked it so I came back with my family of 5 and they were crazy about it. Anthony, who works there, is just great. He has a way of reading people. He gave me a suggestion off the menu and it was spot on.
Honestly love the food, but just wish I could get the actual meat i order from this location. Today is the third time they subed pulled pork for the brisket I actually ordered. While I love it all, it still can be frustrating when I am looking forward to something else. ?
Went here for lunch with my crew. They all liked it. Went back with my family and they all liked it. That's 12 people and not one was disappointed !
Just the facts: the brisket was dry and cut into cube-strips. The chicken was dry and had no flavor, and the sausage was over cooked and hard indication that it was old. The sides were tasteless and old and the soda machine was out for 2 days according to the front staff. It was evident that there was no management present and the training was inadequate to handle the 6ppl in the restaurant. The only thing I liked was the coleslaw and hopefully will not get sick because it was warm. We will not return; you shouldn’t either! Sonny’s is still the best for Florida if you can’t get to Texas.
The food was good. The portions were little small for the $15 price tag
Evening shift kicks butt! They get everyone served extremely quickly and with a smile. Love coming for lunch or dinner. They deal with whatever gets thrown their way, so no complaints. ? Keep up the gret work!
First visit to Dickey's Brooksville location today 01/26/22 around lunchtime.Ordered Ribs, Chicken wings, sandwiches and a slice of pecan pie for curbside pickup; ordered through their website. When I arrived I called and the lady that answered the phone told me they don't do curbside, even though their site promotes it. She however, was very pleasant and said she would bring it out to me which she did.The ribs were served dry with only a tiny container of sauce for a whole rack of ribs. The chicken wings were inedible: They were tiny jerky-like pieces that were too dried out to eat. The sandwiches were fine but nothing to write home about. The slice of pecan pie was a tiny little wedge of pie that seemed to be half the size of what was expected based on the picture on their site.I had seen the location when shopping at Publix next door and looked forward to trying it out. Now, I did try it out and I'll never be back; a waste of 68 dollars.
