The chicken tenders were hard enough to almost break your teeth definintely not tender. The breadedd batter was hard as a rock & the chicken was dry. They definitely have a quality control problem. I have noticed over at least year their quality control has been going downhill. With inflation & the minimum wage hike the prices will keep going up and along with poor quality control will impact their business. Before the pandemic they had good QC.
So glad we still have it in town!! Menu is good could use a good small chicken sandwich soft and moist.
Had a very good experience here. Good, friendly service. Fair pricing and good fast food and GREAT ice cream.
The burgers were very tasty. They were made fresh. Even the raw onions were good without the aftertaste.
Seems like every time we come there is some kind of issue with our order. Last time it was wrong and when I handed it back and said it was wrong and explained what it was supposed to be, the person at the window told me I was wrong. Once I explained again what it was supposed to be, they remade it and it was still wrong but we left anyway since we'd already been waiting almost 15 min. When it's right we have no issues.

It hurts my heart to do this because I love this place but 2 days in a row I ordered a 4pc chicken basket and the chicken strip were dry old and cold !! Gross!! The cheese curds were awesome as always!! The staff was great! I'm gonna give it one more try because yall used to have the best chicken strips in town Always hot and fresh! They were worth the little bit of a wait in the drive through! Three strikes and your out!!
First time in a very long time that the staff at a drive in service actually listened, and got my order right. EXACTLY like I asked. NO problem. Loved it, and the best chocolate malt I've ever had !
Honestly i would like to give a better review but i just cant. I was recently hired here and didn't even work three days. Most of the crew was awesome but there is no reason to publicly criticize or embarrass a new employee for forgetting their "sleeves". They had placed me on grill (which means no customer interaction) and were requiring me to wear them at all times.
I love DQ. However, i wonder what in the world are they doing in there. It cannot be that difficult to make a Blizzard. But after 15 mins in line was half expecting the back door to pop open and have a screaming chicken run out followed closely by a teenage worker swinging around a butcher knife. Interesting.
