waitress who took our order was very nice and l love the country store. Unfortunately my breakfast that I ordered of 2 scrambled eggs with chopped onion and cheese on top was not what I received. But Instead, what an "omelet like" thing oozing with brown sauteed onions and gravy and no sign of cheddar cheese. I told the server who brought it to me that I didn't order an omelet. She responded it was indeed scrambled eggs but was made like an omelet. Totally surreal?? My friend ordered chicken fried steak and it was hard and cold basically inedible. Manager apologized and scrapped my bill. The store experience was the best part of my visit, bought a dress, a Mother of Pearl ring and a coffee mug. Friendly sweet staff in the store. So many beautiful things for gifts and self.

I went today for breakfast. The food was good. Unfortunately the waitress was having trouble using the tablet to place our order. My wife ordered pancakes and the waitress brought her French toast. We didn't bother to tell her. We also ordered the new hash brown item from the menu. And she forgot to place the order for it. When we asked about it she put the order in and it came after or finished with our food.

EVERYTHING!!!! Fast seating, excellent service, spectacular food, wonderful decor and family atmosphere!! Our Server - Jennifer, was INCREDIBLE!!!!! Crackle Barrel - Cortez Blvd @ I-75 Brooksville, Fl

Consistent food. Had excellent device for our large group

Overall wonderful experience. Started with hostess seeing that my mother has an oxygen unit and asking if we wanted close dining room. Awesome! Waiter, Philip, was great as well. Super nice! Food came out hot and delicious. Manager on duty walking to tables and making sure everything good and that customers are happy. Will definitely stop here again when travelingthrough area.

Went for lunch and enjoyed the pot pie. My wife enjoyed the chicken and dumplings. Really great service and they were really busy, but it didn't take long to get our food. Definitely a great Cracker Barrel ?

We had a great server and we even let the manager know. It is always nice to get compliments, and to be recognized! The food was good to!

We got there at 1030 am on a Monday and waited 5 minutes to be sat. There was a party of 5, 3 adults and 2 high chairs in front of us and this hostess definitely was not prepared for a party of that size. We're sat and wait almost 10 minutes for our waitress Amber, to greet and take a drink order. My friend orders a coke and I tell Amber I'm good for now.Another 7 minutes go by and Amber brings the coke and takes our order while holding a runners tray with not 1 but 2 pots of fresh coffee. She is a good waitress just clearly overworked. We get our food and my friend's hash brown casserole wasn't ready so we are told it'll be right out. 10 minutes later... It finally arrives. The food: I got the grandma's sampler. The eggs were over hard, had asked for over easy. The biscuit tasted floury. The sausage was super salty. The hem and bacon were fine. The hash brown casserole was not good. The sausage gravy taste weird and that used to be one of my favorite things at CB. The pancakes were forgettable. I should probably mention I asked for extra syrup and never received it. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯My friend asked for the check and a Togo box. Amber dropped the check on the spot and offered a Togo Coke to my friend. She said sure. We waited another 6 minutes until my friend said F this and we got up to go pay. As we were leaving Amber came out of the kitchen with the soda and togo. Took the drink and said thanks and left.I've been too this Cracker Barrel numerous times and will not be back. I'll have to start going to the one on 19 in Spring Hill.

First time in a long time I can honestly say I enjoyed my visit to this cracker barrel.. the carrots ? ? that my ? mother and I got were the best ever that I have had. If I had only ordered the carrots this would have been a five star review.. also the bourbon cake and icecream ? were to die for. My main dish left a little to desire but was still good... service was also very nice.. good job

Delicious! I had the Wednesday special, broccoli cheese chicken, and my husband had the BLT braised chicken sandwich. Both were delicious. Our server was a delight, and food was served lightning fast.
