friendly staff, good food!

The young lady at the register could barely be heard, she talked in a low voice even though I asked several times for her to repeat herself. You can tell they are short staffed, the tables were not cleaned and find a place for you to sit, if there was a table you needed to clean it yourself. You had to wait for pizza to be put up, once again do to that there was barely anyone working. The two star is given cause it was hot in there and it was making people uncomfortable to eat. I wasn't the only asking if it was hot. When I was able to see speak to an employee, he shrugged his shoulders and said at least you get to leave when you are done eating.I've to other Cicis that are short staffed and are better maintained and the employees have better attitudes..

We hit this place a couple of times a month. I order the Flat bread with ham, pineapple ans bacon, while the wife orders BBQ flatbread. The staff is great, friendly and always willing to help, whether order or clearing tables. The self serve pizza bar has large assortment of pizza. If you don't find what you like they will make one for you. Self serve salad bar bar is limited but has a nice assortment. Drinks are also self serve.Great place for an inexpensive meal.

Although lacking in atmosphere, this is a great place to get a cheap, hearty meal. Salad bar fixings very fresh. Delicious marinara and alfredo sauces for the pasta. Pizza had a good variety & were quite good. They will even make you pizza to your request if desired. Deserts TO DIE FOR brownies, cinnamon buns, and desert pizza. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. It ain't fancy but you shouldn't leave hungry, still a bargain!

horrible food Florida blows

Ok normally a place like this would get 3 stars, slammed busy, food is mediocre and unhappy employees. However there was a young man, maybe 16-25 short blond hair that was running this place like he owned it. Slinging pizzas, cleaning up, taking specialty orders, dropping off and engaging customers. This guy deserves a 5 star without a doubt. Gave a nice tip to him hoping he would take it for himself but even then took it to the tip jar. This guy deserves to be a manager at the least. Otherwise food was cicis good, better than it was 10 years ago but not crazy good. Great price though!

Great service! They made my grandaughter's favorite pizza for her birthday. She waa thrilled! Their variety of pizza and side dishes allows something for everyone. The kids enjoyed the games.

very good service !! not rushed out very Friendly'.

That was super disappointing. I've always wanted to go to one. I thought, gosh, so cheap. Yeah, it's not. For 10 wings, pizza, and 2 drinks, it was 36 bucks. Wings are a dollar a piece, and they were awful! We got 10. 5 garlic parm, and 5 bbq. We each ate one of each and tossed the rest. Waste of 10 bucks. There were random slices of pizza. Each pan had 4 or 5 slices of pizza, all different. Nothing labeled, so you know what you're eating. Everything looked dried out and old. We were there at 11:30. A half hour after they opened. None of the pizza was especially good. We took a bite of each and was done. They were all cold as well. There was one pasta, with 2 sauces you could put on. The alfredo tasted decent, but the pasta wasn't cooked all the way, so it was hard. The salad was good. Lol. They had all the fixins and lots of dressing. I guess we paid for expensive salads. Lol.There were 3 desserts. Cinnamon rolls, which I liked. Some kind of dessert pizza. I couldn't tell you what, since nothing is labeled. And a gross dried up brownie. There is a tiny arcade. Mainly claw games. But there were 2 arcade games as well. It's definitely a miss. Probably would never go to a Cicis again. Oh, and they don't honor the 3.99 coupon that's online.
