The food is good for what little you get. First of all, they skimp on everything. They charge extra for chips. At Moe's, they're free. Know that they charge extra, I ordered a kid's chips. OMG - the bag was TINY. When I say tiny, I mean there couldn't.have been more than 5 chips. So I asked for.the regular size obviously. I said I didn't want the child size 4 obvious reasons. So they refunded me the small chips and charge me the lousy extra 80 cents. They spent forever trying to figure out how how to do a refund. I suggested they just give me the chips and let that be that. Nope wouldn't budge. This is all on top of the small quesadilla that they charges over ten dollars for. Save your money and go to Moe's. You get a lot more for your money and free chips.
Give zero if I could… Didn’t know going to lunch would change my boyfriends life forever. It has now been 6years of his life still fighting with Chipotle , multi million dollar company, putting my boyfriend in the hospital from ingesting glass from a burrito he had on a lunch break! Let alone, while at the store spitting up blood from his throat and mouth getting cut from the glass. Then being a lab rat going in/out of the hospital to literally passing out and being rushed to UF to find infection in intestines from more glass found. This five star food chain putting blinders on and be oblivious to his health , medical bills ,his livelihood!! 6yrs now and still waiting for Chipotle to kick in with there great customer service.. Stating comments’they don’t care , let it be on public record’…And miraculously they lost the evidence and video footage of him being there. What a Hell of a Company this is!!! —
Quick service, dining area is not as clean as I would like. The food although plentiful is basic. The chips have way too much salt. The guacamole was excellent.
I agree with David Mccants review . Ask them to add or remove something from your meal and they will definitely make you feel uncomfortable and have an attitude about it. Did not feel welcome. Worst chipotle ever. Every other chipotle I’ve been to are very kind and accommodating. I originally wanted to place my order online to avoid contact with any of the workers because of a previous experience, but they were having issues with online transactions according to the app.
Chipotle is pretty good as far a flavor goes. I just feel the quality is not there. Tastes like the beans are from the can, even the pulled pork. All just average.
Good burritos, but service was a little lacking. I like chipotle, and I came with a few other people. My 2 issues were that they gave one of my party members the wrong beans, even though we were there, and they didn't label the burritos with ingredients.
A lot of kids work here and you can tell by the attitude they give you if you ask them simple things like not putting to much sour cream.. or if they can add a tad bit more of the hot sauce... it's literally part of your job... you don't have to like it. But don't make your customers feel uncomfortable to where they don't wanna come back. It's bad for buisness. The owner of this establishment should probably look into new management.
Thanks a lot Chipotle Mexican Grill for my $10 salad fit to feed a toddler. This is pitiful. Don’t ever do online orders through them. (It would hardly even constitute as a side salad.) They gave me MAYBE 1/3 of a salad and didn’t even give me everything I asked for on it. Never again. ?
People were nice but they were instructed to sprinkle cheese, give a small scoop of guac even after charging extra for it, put few leaves of lettuce!! I haven’t had such terrible service at any other chipotle. Previously I went they didn’t have lettuce. Before that rice wasn’t cooked all the way. This time they were sprinkling toppings instead of giving me quantity I always got at any other chipotle. Chipotle is known for great quality and quantity. Both were lacking. Not coming back at this location.
Today was the first time I went there. I purchased the steak bowl. It was scrumptious!The employees were very affable and amenable to my inquiries and assisted in an expeditious manner. Their suggestions and explanations were spit on as well. Kudos!My hubby requested I ordered chicken tacos. He too enjoyed it bc it seemed to have vanished into the contents of his belly in a blink of an eye. It's safe to say he too, was a satisfied customer.I will definitely be going back to enjoy more meals with my friends.I do wish there was a hard copy of the menu, so customers can have a physical copy and possibly bring back to their job, so other coworkers can order as well.All and all...excellent!!
