Last Thursday we went through drive through and it was was coned-off and I could hardly get in. There were no signs. As we attempted to get in line this lady starts yelling at me to go around the building. So when she comes to my car I lower the window and she says go around in a not very friendly voice. So I said this get up sorta negates the whole fast food concept and she just smirked. I will admit it irritated us as we were on vacation from NC and are not use to rude employees at our Chic Fil A’s. The line did move rather quickly and the young girl handing out the food was so gracious and kind that I almost wished she would have been my first impression and not the other lady. Fries were on point as always.
I usually am a big fan of Chick-fil-A and the chicken sandwich is next to none when it comes to great tasting chicken. But... I am a every week visitor at this location and have been disappointed at the work ethics of the staff at this location. All other Chick-fil-A locations I go to the staff is on point and is what helps make the experience at this food chain special. They make you feel at home. The staff here are friendly but many times pay no attention to what the customer is saying. The dining room tables need to be attended to when busy to keep tables clean for new customers to sit. This has been a issue for me. I do not want to sit at a filthy table with food all over the floor. Despite me asking the staff to please clean the area I was ignored. Not 1 time but twice. Disappointed at this location. 2 many people standing around when the tables should ALWAYS be spotless for new customers. Get back to the Chick-fil-A we all expect and Love. Still the best chicken sandwich ever.. But tighten up staff and management. Lead those young employees to success and teach them to succeed. THATS WHAT ITS ABOUT.
Even though they are always ridiculously busy, they still manage to get you your food quickly. The service is always polite as well and it is so nice to see so many youth being able to work and interact with the community. Plenty of skills to be learned. Been going here over 10 years and will continue to. Thanks for increasing your ability to take orders and deliver quality food.
The day we went to this establishment, the landscaping company was there and trying to communicate with the young lady standing by the drive thru ordering area was difficult. I noticed other drivers had the same issue. Hopefully this is a one time thing. We always have a great experience at all of the Chick-fil-A franchises that we've visited.
Food is always fresh and hot. No matter how long the drive thru line is they always manage to get you through it quickly. The people who work there are friendly and very helpful. I have never been inside the restaurant, i have only used their drive thru. I have never had a bad experience here and i have been here numerous times.
This location send to cater to the drive thru business, they have closed if the section of the parking lot closest to the entrance and have designated it as 3 permanent lanes for drive thru service with order taking and payment personnel at each lane. This makes it very handicapped unfriendly, and puts you walking between vehicles and their exhaust if you choose to go inside to eat. We did go inside but the floor felt as tho it was mopped with a greasy mop and was quite slick, so we decided to take our order to go anyway. We weren't acknowledged for about 5 minutes, no one in front of us. Tho the cashier when he got to the register was cordial, I felt like he was rushing thru the process with will that be all after each of us ordered. I was disappointed further to hand the kids warm fries and nuggets. Very disappointing and not on our return agenda.
I love this store but lately the quality has really gone downhill. The last three times I have gone here they have forgotten items in my lunches. Had to go back for a fork, a drink, salad dressing and fries. I had to call and the manager and she could honestly care less and her explanation was they are training a bunch of new people which I understand but if this is happening this much to me how many other people is it happening to?
Consistent. The food is why I go, the consistency is why I go back. In the 30 plus years I have been going to Chick Fil a, there were three mistakes on my orders. Only 3!!!! And they were so minor it was a non issue. Best track record ever!!!! Up until recently I have been using the drive thru which is so quick and efficient. There are three drive thru lanes and they have this down to a science!!!!! Other businesses should foow their business model!!!!
2022 - I had the strangest experience here last Saturday. I wanted to order a breakfast and substitute bacon for sausage. I was told by the manager I could not do that. This was because they did not have nutritional values for that combination and could not be responsible for food allergies. This was the craziest thing I ever heard.2021 - Chick-fil-A usually has good service, the other day I went for breakfast and it appeared they had someone new working the counter somehow she got my order wrong even though I ordered by the number. Then I had to wait really long time to get the order corrected
Love going here in a service is always fast and friendly. They know their job and they do it well it really shows when a company pays their employees a living wage. The employees are so much happier here than other fast food places
