1st I had to repeat my order 5 times, the girl at the counter never greated me, smiled or got the order price correct. She attempted to charge me $18.50 for a #2 large meal. When I questioned the price she coyld not give me a response??? Then a 2nd girl came up and did not sya much, but changed the price to $22.50!!! I asked a third time for an explanation for the price and recieved two "deer in the headlights!! Sadly these two are a result of NO MANAGEMENT OR TRAINING. Amanager never came up and asked to help? Quit honestly, sup par food, order still incorrect but price was figured out and nobody even offered an apology or explanation, rude people............

Didn't want to make a spicy chking sandwich for my niece bc they closed in 15 mins. I ordered and two minutes later she came back on the speaker and said they didn't have any more. I've worked in the restaurant business a long time I've worked fast food I know what that means. They were 15 minutes to close and they didn't want to make it. It's very sad that that's how they do business. Won't be returning to this location ever again due to the lack of customer service

This place fault out sucks. Team members don't seem to know how to read a screen and as a person allergic to cheese, they constantly put it on burgers. Most are looking at phones and wait times to order are 15 mins and took 20 to get food. Main priorities seem to be drive through and yet those times are above 10 mins. Will not be going here anymore since orders have been wrong constantly. Poor management.

Cortez avenue store sucks go through the drive-thru takes 5 minutes to take my order and mind you there's only one car ahead of me something told me not to try to order food at 9:00.... Order a Whopper with cheese ask them to cut it in half cuz they say they do that onion rings takes another 10 minutes to get my order finally get my order The onion rings are cold there's no cheese on it and it wasn't cut in half It had extra mayo extra ketchup needless to say I won't be going back to that store anytime soon

I waited at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes. Was told hold on. Then told hi. Then ignored another minute. They didn't greet me at all. I'm not making this up.

I asked ? About the 2 first 5.00 and know one could tell me. When I did get my order it was awful, I live 15 miles away so did not go back. Next time I will check my order before leaving. If I go back. This is not the first time. I have always enjoyed the whopper, but not lately.

I went inside to order food to go. The staff was nice, the store was clean, I had a little bit of a wait but that's only because I was waiting for fresh french fries, and a few of the burgers that I ordered were special orders and I still got our food quickly.

Is a better location than the other location at broad st and Cortez, the other location charges 20 percent more for the same exact items and does not honor the crown app when collecting crown points unless you order online and that is were it is more expensive for the other store , most people don't notice this but if you compare on the online app to place a order at the store on Cortez and broad street and compare to this store the order total will be different, the individual items are the same price but it tacks on at the order total before tax pretty sneaky if you ask me and is it even legal.

Site was filthy. Chicken nuggets cold. No ice. Staff was informed of the lobby's condition and did nothing

Drive-thru is slow. Why have 2 drive-thru lanes open if the one order taker is just alternating orders between the 2 lines? Food was barely warm.
