I like to go to this Burger King several times a month on the weekend for breakfast. It is very pleasant to sit down and have a relaxing breakfast. Unfortunately when I went there today the inside restaurant was closed and they were only operating to drive through. It is incredible that a million dollar franchise can close its restaurant because one employee calls in sick. Somehow Burger King and Chick-fil-A are able to always keep their restaurants staffed and opened. Management needs to do a better job in scheduling redundant staff so they can stay open my breakfast alone cost $25 for me and my wife when I go this would more than pay for an extra employee if they lose multiple customers because of this. Let alone this makes the franchise look bad. If I do not have trust that Burger King will be open I will just ride straight to McDonald's instead. It is not worth going there and being disappointed.
The burger queen refused to take my order. They would not permit any one to enter the building to place an order, so I went to the take out window outside cash in hand. The woman there told me I cannot place an order because I'm not in a car. My wife has terrible anxiety so she doesn't like to be a passenger in a car or to go through the drive through, so to appease her appetite I needed to walk in. Considering that I stated I'll just walk to the take out window, the burger queen should have told me we do not take orders from pedestrians outside before I waited in the sun. I would have preferred her to say "we do not wish to do business with you today. Have a good one" than to waste my time with this atypical style of operating a Burger King.
Standard fast food but my order was right and food was hot nice job
They never have the meals that are in the local mailer or specials advertised nationally. Mailer always says in fine print. May not be available at all stores. You can bet Brooksville won't have it.
Food was fresh and warm. My hack is to ask for unsalted fries so they have to dump them fresh then I add catsup afterwards.
The Burger King app was not working properly. It took us 25 minutes to get our food at the drive through, because the inside is closed. That is terrible for a fast food restaurant. When we finally got our food. It tasted like it had been sitting under the heater for a very long time.
Figured chicken nuggets would be a safe bet. When they came to me through the window they were lukewarm at best and tasted like rubber as if they had sat there under the heat lamp for several hours. Total disappointment again just like every time
I was impressed with the team working there. The manager was very nice and was actively supervising the new employees. Tameka was friendly and efficient. The food was great.
At least the Sandwiches at this Burger King we're smoking Hot but had to go through Drive thru cause their lobby is closed
