The guy who sat us was on his phone the entire time. He didn't look up once. He sat us at a table that had a tip sitting in it. I pointed it out, and he just said that's normal and walked away. We told our server, who took it. A bit strange.Our server was friendly. It was surprisingly busy inside. Every booth full and most tables as well. Our order was out 5 minutes after we ordered, so everything must be made and just sitting in wait.I got the CBR wrap, which was delicious. It came with fries that had no salt. I didn't love them. And I got coleslaw as an extra side. It was super good. It tasted like a certain chicken joints slaw, but creamier.Hubby got the chipped beef. Neither of us cared for it. Very salty and tasted like it came from a can. The hash browns were okay. They had some huge black brick in the middle. It was obviously something that was stuck to the grill. It was pretty unappetizing.We got 2 iced coffees. Caramel. Not sweet at all. Overall, basic food. Nothing was terrible, but nothing was good. We were in and out in like 20 minutes.
I had breakfast with my son this morning and it was delicious. I had the potato pancakes & bacon and he had a huge train wreck! We were both very happy. The Train Wreck was a lot of food but he’s 23 years old and put in his best effort. Alyssa, our server, was very attentive.
First time customers, had a great breakfast (I had the Eggs Benedict/ just wonderful) and my husband had an omelette that he loved. Our waitress couldn't have been more pleasant or attentive, just absolutely wonderful service. I cannot remember her name, but she had a northern accent for sure....if you read this you know who you are, you are awesome at customer service, best customer service we've had in a very long time.
Visiting Florida for little brothers wedding, todays the big day needed a big breakfast to prep for the imminent partying that will occur, their steak special and deep fried French toast is amazing but what’s even more amazing is the level of service this restaurant provides, I was checked on by everyone In the restaurant consistently and my server Barbie was incredible sweet and kind hearted, you can tell the difference between servers who are just serving and servers who care about you and your day and the ladder is Barbie incredible wish I lived here to visit more often, thank you so much!

I'm from Ohio but happened to stop in for breakfast while visiting some family. Barbie was absolutely phenomenal! Service wise, she was so quick and on top of all of our needs. Personality wise, she was so friendly and personable and we all enjoyed her presence so much! I will be recommending this restaurant and Barbie to everyone in the area that I know! Can't wait to return when I visit again!?
My friends and I visit almost every Thursday morning, and we have never been disappointed. The food is always top-notch, and the service is excellent as well. Manager Mike P is always there to welcome us and make sure things run smoothly. Miss Jasmine brightens our morning with her radiant smile and attentive service. She makes sure that our coffee mugs are never empty. I recommend the Brooksville Breakfast Station to anyone who wants good food and friendly service at a fair price!
We’ve been coming here for 2 years now and never had a bad meal! This is the first time that anyone offered to put onions, peppers, mushrooms or cheese on our hash browns. As well as when I asked for them well done, they were perfect! The biscuits are nice and flaky.Barbie was our waitress and what a good waitress she is.We will be back in October!
Complements to Barbie on her excellent manner and service today. She greeted us promptly in a friendly way and promptly brought the beverages we ordered. She then took our order and within minutes it was delivered and it was delicious!! 5 STARS FOR BARBIE AND BREAKFAST STATION Mike, you run a great restaurant!
Simple takeout orderDepot breakfast & the train wreck.They Forgot the grits, toast & the bacon is terribly messed up..I enjoy this place but today was a big disappointment. Check everything before you leave. Don't make my mistake.
