Pulled up at 9:25 and they were closing. On their door it clearly says that they close at 11:00. This is very unprofessional. I could be more understanding if the power was out but I can see them shut off lights and televisions. The one star I did give them is still too generous. They deserve 0 stars for b.s. like this.
I had the best experience today. I had a group of 12 in their separate room and Lori served us. She was very attentive, super fast and was super pleasant. Our food came out all at the same time and everyone seemed pleased. I had fried fish and fries lunch special and it was very good. Great time, Thanks Lori!
A get to know you dinner...was absolutely amazing. They were short handed & the food & service was still very good ... Don't order a Manhattan but the dark beer & bloody Mary made up for it. We ordered a Santa Fe chicken salad it was very good.

Large family gathering well after dinner rush. Dirty looks from the bar. No greeting. St Patty's day and no special menu. Food was terrible. Server was sweet and we tipped her well. But everyone in the kitchen talking. No one cleaning tables. Bartender was quick but likes her regulars. Sad experience
Our waitress was friendly and attentive. But the food is not so good. We have been there too many times when the food was not cooked right. I ordered surf n turf and asked for pink inside. My sirloin came out medto well done.We won't be back.
Went there tonight 3/21 9:57 pm with a whole car full of kids after a local softball game and was turned away at the door.Girl behind counter took a look at us and said we are closing soon.I looked at the door and it says 11pm place is empty except one couple eating and one guy at the bar.Very disappointed. Thanks for giving us a hard time and making our ride with hungry kids awesome.I can see why the place is empty.If you want to close early then don't post hours you aren't willing to service paying customers.Last time I was there we dropped over 150 dollars.I'll make sure to take my money elsewhere.I also appreciate the girl telling us that the kitchen staff will be happy that we aren't staying.Your customer service needs work.
Food is hit or miss , same with waitresses. Some are really good on point and some are bad. Just depends on the day of the week I guess. My girl and I still visit when we are craving their appetizers but food is a bit overpriced for the quality and service you get sometimes
A couple weeks ago , We came to this Beef's after we had a bad experience at the one in Spring Hill. Hannah served us. She was wonderful. So we returned last night( Feb 25th) only to be let down and ignored by another server after a solid hour. Patrons had been leaving and they weren't busy. Our server never checked on us after placing our order. No comment or offer about getting us anything(chips or appetizer because they were having a long wait from the kitchen or asking if we could get a fresh drink or just saying I'm sorry we're running a little behind). Just ignored and we had 4 adults one small child . we all ordered the same exact friday special and same drinks.. Very easy order. Sad to say but it appears all the Beef's have lost their way.I did reach out to the other store owner after being asked to reply to a email provided by them only to find out it was that was undeliverable email address ..
Food was very good. Waitress friendly and efficient. One negative . While in the ladies room washed my hands and as I was leaving an employee came out of the toilet and out the door and went directly to kitchen without washing her hands
