Let me start by saying I really like Arby's and today went out of my way to go to this one, Store #6285.At 10:30 in the morning it was already a disaster for this location, and by the sound of it these might have been an issue for more than a couple of days.I ordered a 1/2# roast beef meal with unsweet tea, to be told they didn't have tea. Then ordered a 2nd sandwich with a chocolate milkshake, to be told our machine is broken waiting on a part. Then finally when I asked for my receipt I was told the printer wasn't working. The manager on duty did show the young man at the counter how to reprint from the drive thru register and saidhe had to call about that too.This place is looking more rundown and dirty every time we come. I don't know if you are wanting it to close down or if the mgmt or employees don't care but it's terrible.I felt bad for the cashier that had to keep delivering bad news, that's no way to have to work a shift. Please make it better.
This Arby's has by far the tightest drive through I've been In a long time. You can just see all the scrapes on the curb along the drive through. I also once got a partially raw chicken in my sandwich once. They replaced the meal and have me a coupon for one free small meal. Staff is friendly. I wish I could give more than two stars, but the drive through is just so poorly constructed that I don't even want to rush it at times.
Was NOT satisfied with this visit. The girl at the register shortchanged me. And instead of parking me, the manager came over and proceeded to take out her register and count it and then started saying her drawer was fine which it wasn't because I know for a fact I gave a $20 bill and they short changed me $5. So after waiting in line for a good 8 to 10 minutes as the line backed up Another girl came up to the window finally and said please park your car and we'll figure this out and come to find out the girl at the register had rang out the person behind me instead of me instead of me and that's where the $5 was missing to be put back into my pocket.. Another girl came out to give me my $5 and it was not the manager which I found very very unprofessional because she should have come out and apologized especially for all the waiting.. Definitely was not satisfied with this visit even though I love Arby's food I did not like the service.
I tried the new hamburger tonight. the meat had absolutely no taste to it and was not cooked all the way through.
Two nights in a row I've gone to this Arby's because my wife and I wanted their delicious mozzarella sticks and some other items the first night we got cold fries, barely warm mozzarella sticks and my Buffalo chicken sandwich was replaced by boneless buffalo wings that were barely warm at all. We ate it because we were hungry. Tonight i went back beacause we had been there before and had good experiences so I had hoped that last night was just a bad night for them. Tonight the food was so much worse. The fries were cold again, I got my sandwich this time but it was cold and the lettuce and tomato were old and not very appetizing. The mozzarella sticks were dried out and half of them were hard to bite into. They seemed as if they had been set on a hot hold for hours and just allowed to get stale and nasty, I could have hammered a nail in with them. Needless to say the evening crew at this location does not seem to care that people are there spending 28 dollars on their dinner only to get cold inedible food from them. Until this crew puts in a bit more effort I strongly suggest that you get your food elsewhere.
The place was clean and offered fast food prepared well. My favorite are the curly fries.Only wish they have a better selection of beverages.
With the loss of potato cakes for crinkle fries, that was the biggest disappointment. Half the condiment pumps were broken or empty. Staff was awesome though. However, it's becoming a bit pricy for the portions.
First time I’ve been there. I had the regular roast beef. Good but just barely warm. Would have better hot.
One of the best Arby's around. Seems like a few I've gone to have given up or just have bad staff. Buns are always fresh and the sandwiches are properly made.
Ordered 2 simple beef and cheddar sandwiches with a salad. Salad came out but they kept giving the sandwiches to orders placed after mine. When I asked if they forgot my order the person was not very considate. No let me check or I'm sorry. Just it's coming out. Salad was not what I expected. Chicken was neither hot not crispy and the ranch dressing tasted like it was made with vinegar.
