Ordered $50 worth of food last night for 6 people. Food took FOREVER to be made (a Tuesday night) & we were missing 10 wings. Our fries were dumped into the bottom of our bag & sauce from the wings was all over them. We called back to have our order remade and were told that they were now closed & to call back tomorrow. We called back & all of a sudden our order could not be remade. We were offered the 10 missing wings but nothing else. The manager Victoria was not very helpful or considerate. 0/5!
Very disappointed I actually worked for Wingstop in Kansas City Missour and This experience would have never happened because we cared about our customers experience. I called places an order everything seemed to be ok. I called to make sure that I had all flats I was told I would. I came and I had wing and drums instead of fixing the issue I began and back and forth with the team members which I was not going to do. The manger was so rude and unprofessional. Non of his voided receipts showed what I actually paid and be began to mention about me nothing trusting him. First off I don’t know you. You can’t even make a simple mistake that you charged me right so no I don’t trust you with my money. Upon my exit he made a slick response to one of his team members “this over 5 flats” yes sir you are so right. If it wasn’t a big deal charging me for all flats would be a thing. But in all I see why this location has only 3 stars. I should have gotten names but the rude disrespectful manager has a tattoo on the back of his head. The young lady that took the order was the only positive of this experience
Staff here are absolutely useless. They give you the option for specifications but never follow through. If you order "well done" nothing is ever "well done". The fries are always undercooked, soggy and unseasoned. The wings are soggy too. I actually do like Wingstop, just not this location. Also, the seasoning is good, but this location really skimps on the seasoning. Staff is rude and will do nothing to get your order right when you paid for something and you don't get what you paid for.
Although my food was bussin on foe, I ordered at 11:20 and got my order at 11;50. There were many people that walked in after me and got their order. I knew something was wrong because they ordered at the cashier and not online. There were five people working and it should not take that long to serve 2-3 people. There was a Latino / white male with a manbun that was trash on foe. He kept messing around in the back and made a very mysterious comment saying "whatever happens in the night shift stays in the night shift. This honestly alerted me and my colleague. There was only one guy who deserves better, a young African American male with long dreads. He made my food and it was so valid, he even asked me multiple times if I am good and if the food was good multiple times as the others were goofing around so much. He deserves a raise because that my guy. I definitely wont be returning to this location.
Not only did the manager read off my order to me just for me to get home and have $12 worth of wings missing, they hung up on me when i asked how to get my refund. Not only is the crew disrespectful and irresponsible, they are also incapable of providing decent customer service-and the right amount of wings. While wing stop is good i recommend going to ANY other wing stop as this one is repeatedly incapable of doing the most basic of orders with a staff just as disappointing as their customer service.
I absolutely love this location. All the staff are very friendly , always laughing and smiling. They get to know the guests and their orders. I feel like I’m visiting family whenever I come here. The front cashiers are great, the cooks in the back definitely make sure the food is fast and fresh. The managers are very professional when handling situations.
There great if you don't know what a chicken wing taste like, pile on a bunch of sauce to cover up the fact that the chicken isn't flavored. Gave 2 stars because I'm the fool for trying it, therefore they get some credit.
Ordered tonight for dinner , delivery and only received half our order. Also requested the wings be extra fried and they were not. Do not recommend especially after spending 100$
Finally decided to leave a review…In all honesty, this place is hit or miss.The main reason being management. When you arrive, If you notice a manager present you will have a good experience.-White Stocky dude some Tats about average height knows his stuff, you will be taken care of.-Tall light skinned dude, not sure if he’s a manager. If he is there though your experience should also be straight.-Another manager dude (looks like he owns the place lol) think he might be the GM not sure. If he’s there you will also be good.Also to add, as far as the ladies upfront. They have always been nice & prompt to me. During the bad times when the (3) mentioned above are not there. I’ve seen them try to even jump in the kitchen to help out.IF NONE of these guys are there…. Sadly more than likely you won’t have the best experience. You will experience what most of the other reviews have stated…On the flip side if you notice one of the people mentioned above, enjoy the food it should be fire and relatively on time.Lastly I recommend you order from the app instead of calling or walking in to place your order. It’s quick, simple and will save you a lot of time. Just remember, walk directly up to the pickup counter (left side) to pickup your food and tell them.??
This location has declined. There's practically children running the store. On last evening I was given the wrong order. The sad part is I could see from outside the dancing around by the young lady running the register but brushed it off. Professionalism is key to any successful business that leads to correct orders placed and released. Knowing this one cannot discount horseplay in a professional establishment. That being said I would not recommend this location until it A. Hire mature staff members that is managed properly and B. Update the recipe.
