Great food! Great phone service, as I always call it in. I ordered the other night and in 20 minutes all our food was delivered. Delicious and hot, everything was perfect. No Uber or Door dash involved. Comes directly from them. Highly recommend this place. We'll probably order from there tonight!

We order from there all the time.Pizza was ice colder , spoke to the manager and was told at first that he had no order from my phone number. Then told him on the receipt it said kings way rd.Then told me to call Uber eats for a refund which there is no number for! The Uber eats driver told me in a text that the pizza was just sitting on the counter! But manager said no it wasn’t? Horrible guest service, manager should take responsibility for not keeping pizza when I live 5 minutes from Westshore?
I ordered an 18 inch Meatlovers Pizza online. I asked for the pizza to be ready by 12:30 PM, it was ready when I got there. I paid $24.00 picked up the box and it did not feel hot. Took it home and had to re-heat it!! I'm very disappointed in the pizza..they use to make really good pizzas.Next time I will go buy a frozen pizza from Publix and pay alot less and be more satisfied than this Pizza I bought at Westshore!!
18" pizza, 3 toppings for $12.99. That's a bargain. A little light on the toppings this time

Double check your order before leaving. They consistently hire inexperienced, not so bright young ladies who have zero work ethic and don't know the first thing about customer service. Very sad. Likely, won't make it much long-term. Another one bites the dust. What a shame.

Love this place, always great service/deliveries. My go to for those weekend nights I don't want to cook.
I order regularly from a different location and the food is always AMAZING!! The Brandon Kingsway location is awful!! The antipasto salad usually has ham and provolone rolls and salami flowers on top… i got pieces that were barely bigger than a bacos… and ordered and paid for extra mozzarella the wings had barely any sauce and the pizza my fiancé got wasn’t good. The dough was doughy and had no salt!!
