My husband first took me here 12 years ago when we were first dating. We thought since the miltary finally stationed us back home to Florida we would have another date night back here. Everything was amazing. We had amazing service and food. Our server's name is Mikayla and she went above and beyond for us. We had a fantastic time. Delicious food and sushi. Our children received the shrimp kids hibachi and we got 6-7 rolls of sushi on a sushi boat! That was my husband's dream come true. Everything was phenomenal! We are definitely coming here more often for date nights!
The food is really good. Small but inviting space. The dumpling soup is fabulous; you will not regret ordering it. All the sushi rolls were really fresh tasting, and every single one we ordered was very tasty. The waitress was really nice. The bill for four people and three cokes was 90 bucks. Average price for sushi in my opinion.

Are you looking for a good sushi restaurant in Brandon? Look no further than Tsunami. Service was top notched and good atmosphere. My wife, who is a rice connoisseur, think the rice was slightly undercooked. Overall, we enjoyed our experience and will visit again.
I went with my daughter's and we loved it. The service was great, food came out very fast and it was delicious. It's very small but the ambiance was nice. We will definitely go again.
We try this for the first time tonight and everything was pretty good. Nothing was outstanding but nothing was bad. The pineapple chicken fried rice had a good flavor but I wish there was more chicken and pineapple. The chicken hibachi was good as well. We also liked both appetizers but did not love them. Overall it's worth trying. I think you'll like it.
It wasn't bad but it also wasnt the yummy sushi I was hoping for. Asked for no cream cheese in one of the rolls and the chef just filled the entire middle with cucumber, def could have been more creative. Decent sushi place. Great service
My boyfriend and I went on Christmas day due to not planning food ahead of time. We were not disappointed!! One of the only places that was open and glad we chose this place. It was crowded but service was excellent and even offered recommendations on food and drinks and food, even the sushi came out right away! The presentation was very pretty and looked as good as it tasted. Great place and we will be back again.

Second time there and my last visit to this place. I went back because our first experience was incredibly, really good. This time the Server’s name was Quynh. Terrible service. I ordered the shrimp tempura entree and she assumed that I was just ordering the appetizer. Are you kidding me??? Did she assumed this because I’m thin so I must not eat??? The whole point of going out to eat, is to eat, because you are hungry. She assumed that I was getting an appetizer rather than asking to clarify. I left there hungry and extremely upset. After the poor experience I still had to pay for the full price.. unbelievable. Who wants to eat tempura by itself with no rice.. I never got my soup or salad either.. never again.. that server is in the wrong industry.
