Absolutely horrifying! We moved here excited for a Tropical Smoothie and I’m absolutely disguised with this one! I’m actually writing to the headquarters about how unsanitary and zombified the staff is. Whoever is management really needs an overhaul on cleanliness and employee care! I didn’t even eat the food I lost my appetite seeing the back kitchen!
I ordered ahead and the food was ready on time. The staff is friendly the food was great! The facility is very clean too.Had to edit to a 4 star. After I left I realized they left out the banana from my order online
The food and smoothies are good, but this location itself needs some serious maintenance. Everytime I come here it smells like expired milk, and thought about sitting outside but birds made a stool party on their chairs. If you can find another location to get this good food, just go
Not recommended, the smell is horrible, it looks dirty in the kitchen area, and they never have anything to complete a good portion of their smoothies and sandwiches. Since I have been in town I've come here 3 times and they have never had all the ingredients to make any of the smoothies I ordered. Same goes for my food. And they don't tell you. Atleast this time I wasn't able to order any of my 3 fav smoothies because they took it off the register and the girl was not able to ring it up so atleast I didn't get back to the hotel and figure out that what I ordered wasn't actually what I ordered. It's unfortunate but this will be my last time I try this location. And I still have 2 months in this area for my project.
I ordered the beach bum smoothie and added a bunch of vitamins and such to it. Thank you!! Ever since having my left Fallopian Tube removed on Easter around 7pm I haven’t been able to poop. Stool softeners weren’t working and I figured I’d give this a shot. It worked and the smoothie was delicious. Seriously, thank you!!!
I would give a negative star rating because of the smell!! OMG how are they working there with a smell like that?! When I visited I had on a mask and could still smell the gagging stinch of old citrus fruit combined with new fruit accompanied with standing water. Then I called to speak to a manager and no one was available. They advised a manager will be available Monday. Now I have to wait for a refund until Monday. I know a lot of places are short staffed due to today’s circumstances, but no manager available is a no-go. What if something happens ?! It hurts my heart to write this review because I truly enjoy Tropical Smoothie
I requested two smoothies and got watered down frozen ice. There’s wasn’t any fruit in the smoothies. The staff were not knowledgeable of the smoothies offered. I used to enjoy coming to this store, but it her deteriorated. So sad will never come into this establishment anymore.
I have visited the Brandon location many times and lately have been not very impressed. Went today and there was an overwhelming rotten smell as soon as you walk in. There were about 5-7 people there, several of them standing around talking. I’m all for people having fun in the workplace but when your trash cans are overflowing, floors are filthy, all tables are dirty c and there is a terrible smell (probably from the overflowing trash), you would think that someone would do something about it. And it seems like lately my smoothies taste different every time.
Short staffed, long wait, but worst of all the restaurant stinks terrible and looks and feels very dirty. This is not a one time experience. It is always like this. I don't blame the staff. It is too much for two people. The owner of this franchise should be embarrassed.
I’ve been here multiple times and this particular store simply can NOT get an order right! And IF they get the order correct the smoothie tastes terrible! All ice, no flavor…. It’s a shame because I’ve visited other franchises and they are delicious
