Used to love this place- horrible quality control and horrible staff continue to mar its reputation. Not cheap either. I get the same smoothie every single time and its only made well 50% of the time if I’m being generous. I asked about military discount after my order came out to 28 dollars for two people. Girl taking my order laughed and said “i dont even know bro”. I learned how to make their best smoothie and chicken wrap myself just to do less business with these people. Ive been to locations in other states and had a spectacular experience.
My first time coming to this place. And they turned me back because “under staff”. I came here looking for something to bring up my sugar levels because I felt dizzy. Sorry, but not coming back, the time that I was there they turned around 4 customers. For a first time customer, to get this experience? Very disappointed,sorry just lost 4 sales today.
We stopped by on our way out of town earlier this year and wanted a healthier quick option because we have toddlers and didn’t want the other heavy fast food alternatives. We order often enough that we are rewards members that use the app and we placed an order to be picked up when we stopped by the building was dark we tried to open all the doors and nothing they must not have opened at all or the opener was late or in the bathroom idk but we were taking our kids to sea world and didn’t have time to investigate we tried to call and the phone wasn’t answered so we had to leave! But my wife just finally told me their corporate office refuses to refund the money charged to our account for the food we were never able to pick up…. Bad customer service
So I gave them a chance for redemption and the place looks like it has new management and it's much better than before. Clean, fast, friendly and looking like TSC should look! Thank you for the excellent chicken southwest wrap. I've had this wrap at other TSC's but you guys made it better than I've had it before.
As you can see in the picture, I took one bite and somehow found this hair intertwined with my food. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt due to when I went and picked the food up and the kitchen being dirty and messy. I’ve only been to one other tropical smoothie in temple terrace and in comparison this is a shame. This is disgusting.
Staff kitchen playing with the trash can and then making food without changing gloves, cashier making a rough version of smoothies after taking the payment and does not clean blender after every use so the previous smoothie was mixed with the one I order. I gave my order to the guy outside because I didn't want to waste it. But I would hope the staff there gets better training because they we friendly.
Ordered something, got something totally different than what I ordered. Next time i’ll check Smoothies are usually good. The guy today at the register was stand offish. I spoke several times, nothing but muteness. My husband spoke and he got reciprocity asap. I’m like oh, he Must be one of those. Customer service is usually decent though. It’s most likely just him. Hopefully.
My Chicken Thai Wrap was half way decent, but I have never felt so much like a bother in a restaurant. Staff, other than the unknown cook who made the decent wrap, are HORRIBLE. I truly felt like a bother and I only order two things 45 minutes before they closed. Will probably not be back based off the service alone. Only reason for a two star was for the decent wrap.
Tried to call ahead and was put on hold for 8 minutes before being hung up on. I called back and was able to place my order immediately. Got to the restaurant and 3 employees at the cashier that didn’t see me talking about work drama. A little upsetting. The only saving grace was the employee that actually made my smoothie. I appreciate them.
I felt like I was a burden to the staff. I asked simply for a smoothy off the menu and for an improvised one for myself (strawberry with vanilla protein) after some bargaining I was able to get the request fulfilled. However I do not think they gave me the protein. Which wouldn't really matter anyway because when they delivered my order to the counter where I was standing they said " I think this one is strawberry and this one is pomegranate, but I don't know they look the same." Which means of course I don't know. Pretty much boils down to [I felt like a burden and nobody wanted to be there] and honestly I'm pretty sure I'm just going to think twice before returning to the establishment.
