Great food. I watched the quality control (the one checking the food at window from kitchen) run it beautifully! I wish I would have gotten her name. I can tell she is a great worker and cares about her job.
Went for lunch on saturday. ended up not liking the banging chicken burrito, only ate half, no big deal. ate the other food that we orders.skipped dinner that night. woke up sunday morning so sick to my stomach i thought i was gonna have to go to the er.i loved tijuana but jesus christ never again.
Very disappointed this time in the Blackened Chicken Flautes, very little chicken and is missing the blackened part, the cup of wilted lettuce no guacamole and no sourcream.. for over $10. And my daughters kids meal was supposed to come with a drink that we never got. Hope this was just a rough evening.
As a former employee of this restaurant I enjoyed the time and training I got working here, the team is amazing and they make sure the food quality is just what people want, after all the guests are the best part of a restaurant
Had a great experience here today. Staff was super friendly, my food came out quickly and was hot. Employees were walking around serving guests and getting refills. Probably the best experience I have ever had at a Tijuana flats!
Bought a shrimp bowl the bowl barely had shrimp. I requested to PAY for extra shrimp a worker took my card after giving me a price of about four dollars and said they can not sell me extra shrimp as a side. Isaid well can I order a shrimp taco I'll just take them off of it. The manager then attempted to sell me a taco at full price when the menu states add a taco to any entree for $3.39. I had an entree but it was conveniently not included in that promo the menu just doesn't state that. I ended up just paying for a side of blackened chicken to add to my bowl so I wouldn't just be eating a $12 bowl of rice. Which by the way the manager in front of me couldn't even tell me the cost of that. How are you a manager that doesn't know your prices.. She had to go check....smh. also when it came out it was very dry, flavorless, and definitelynot a blacked chicken. The queso tasted like cheap melted sandwich cheese my fiancée order a beef burrito the meat was flavorless. Any other flats I ever went to has seasoned chips theirs did not. The manager blamed everything on her corporate. If I hadn't eaten at other flats I would cross the entire chain off but I know it was just this one and I will never return. Horrible experience.
Very helpful service and very good food, it was also decently fast for ordering for three people!
The food was actually really good. There were 5 of us that ordered food and drinks and my total was like $51 and some change. The service staff was very pleasant and friendly. I recommend this place for sure.
The quesadilla I ordered was dry and not prepared well. I had an inch and a half of nothing at the bottom of the tortilla. The side guacamole and pico and lettuce was fresh.
Best restaurant all around. Really good service, got the food out pretty much right as I was sitting down. One of the best places to eat at.
