This was our 1st time and the food was amazing! We had an appetizer and 3 different meals and a dessert. All were delicious and big portions. The craft drinks are very tasty too. Our server, Natalia, was the best we’ve had in awhile. She definitely completed this great experience for us. We can’t wait to go back!

Found this place and went in on a whim. Love, Love, Love it. Great atmosphere - Great food - Great Service - So friendly. Did not know what to expect but was so happy we did. Catfish and onion rings were great!

Over the top exceptional service.Husband ordered the Voodoo Magic cocktail ($11). A powerful spirits drink with Southern Comfort, Smirnoff Vodka, Disaronno Amaretto, pineapple juice, orange juice, sour mix and topped off with a splash of cranberry juice. Just wow.I ordered the Hurricane ($12). A delicious combination of Bacardi Silver Rum, triple sec, Bacardi 151 mixed with house made Hurricane mixer and topped off with Bacardi Black Rum. Best Hurricane I’ve had in quite a while. Our appetizer was Boudain Spring Rolls. Lightly fried spring rolls stuffed with boudin & jack cheese. Served with creole dijonnaise.Reg – $8.75 | Large – $12.75Husband ordered the Chicken & Waffles. Melted cheddar cheese, peppered bacon, fresh Belgian waffles. Served with homemade brandy sauce -$16.95. Loved it. The delicious brandy butter sugar syrup was amazing.I ordered the traditional CRAWFISH ÉTOUFFÉE with aSeasoned roux, vegetables, shrimp or crawfish – $17.95. The best ÉTOUFFÉE I’ve had outside of New Orleans.Food arrived hot & delicious.Drinks kept filled.I highly recommend this restaurant and plan to eat here again.

Really quick service and friendly staff but mediocre food at best. While everyone's food came out within 10 minutes of placing the order, nothing was too spectacular. We ordered the chicken and waffles and the sampler trio with gumbo, crawfish pie and allegedly the chicken and andouille sausage gumbo (but that had not a single piece of sausage in it). The gumbo was dry and tasted only of tomato paste, no sausage in the gumbo and the crawfish pie was just okay. The fried chicken was very chew and hard and was really on the lower end of fried chicken that I have tasted in my life. Quite high prices for such eh food, I wouldn't come back.

My server was Kim and she was let’s just say the best server ever! I dine alone usually and when normal servers see that they hate it because 1 tops don’t make money, Not kim. She was the nicest most kindest server i’ve ever had anywhere. It was my first time there and i’ve never had cajun food or anything like it. she helped me pick 3 great starters that i absolutely adored!! Not only that she talked me through all the specials and her favorite dishes! She is an amazing server and the food was only enlightened by her amazing personality.Im so happy i decided to stop in and try something new because this lady made my day :)

Tibby's was the first Tampa restaurant we experienced when we moved here 4 years ago. It set the bar high and continues to hold the same high standards of excellent food, service, and atmosphere. We showed up on Mardi Gras Sunday (wasn't even thinking about it actually), and wow...we had us some good grub. Beignets, Crawfish Etouffee (I wish they would call it Mudbug) and shrimp & grits this time around all were all simply amazing.

It was definitely a mixed experience. Some food items we loved, others we didn't care for. Even within the same dish. Ex: Gator bites were lacking in flavor, but the remoulade was amazing. Andouille sausage from the the jambalaya was literally the best I've ever had, but the rice was subpar and also lacking in flavor. I could bath in the creole sauce, it was sooo good. And the shrimp and grits entree was phenomenal. It's also worth mentioning that those were the strongest daiquiri and margaritas we have EVER had. We barely got through them, but somehow the flavor was still balanced. Please give your bartender a raise.Oh and the bread pudding? SMACKKKSSS

Cajun and so good! Atmosphere. Food. Service. I cannot recommend this place enough!!!!!!
