The food is always good here and we never had a bad experience. Love the atmosphere with sports on all the tv's. Last night we had the best waitress ever! She was extremely attentive to our needs, watched our body language and was at our table before we had to look for her. She was also very, very nice. Thank you Elijah L!
Went here all the time with my football team for endless boneless wings on Wednesdays for $10. Best boneless wings and the waitresses were very attentive to the whole table even with large parties. Never disappointed with service.
I absolutely love winghouse. Excellent food that's served beautifully ?. Tried to get the wife to invite our waitress to come home with us... I still have a black eye ?
If I can put 0 I would super bad customer service, we order from chownow, received an email stating the food was ready to pick up went to pick up and they never received the order they charge my card but the order wasn’t done, waited 35min more and when we finally received the food they messed up the order so we ended waiting an hour for a pick up order! Apart from all of the the manager was super rude and didn’t want to help the front desk apologized but the manager s showed not be a manager! Definitely not going back there.
The food was good as well as the service. The reason for my 4 star is they have no regular menu. It's a QR code you scan from your phone and the menu come up on your phone. But no drink menu. The waiter told me some of her favorites. Sadly she didn't know what's was in them lol. The one drink I did choose wasn't good and I got an instant headache. All in all it was a good experience
This WingHouse experience was really great, everyone was really nice and helped to get table, expected food and drinks on time with more smile on face to make everyone happy ? we friend went and had good time over there, good vibe over there..lot of tables and lot of parking spaces outside.
Bad experience all the way around! Restaurant smelled like smoke because they had the awning open at bar and patrons were smoking sitting at bar facing the Restaurant. We were forced to download menu (covid is over). Paper straws (this ended years ago). Music was so loud we couldn't hear our conversation at table. Overall food was ok...service was over all ok as well. Ownership and management to blame for smoking in Restaurant (no way this is legal), paper straws and no paper menus and extremely loud music.
Mother best that I've experienced there, the food was good but I got my shrimp and ate it before the mushrooms ever came out. A friend that was with me ordered his burger plain and it came out with everything in it. The poor waitress was new and it was not her fault at all and I left her a note and told her so. The kitchen staff needs new training
Food was good. Place was clean. Staff was nice and attentive. The manager, Michelle stopped by our table to make sure our expectations were met. Nice hang out spot to watch games when in the area.
We had a blast here, usually visit the other one but this was closer. Our server was Alley, very friendly and great service. Wings and wraps were very good, so was the beer. Very friendly to veterans, thank you.
