Rough service experience but food was very good. Busy and seating took more time than initially told. Finally seated and after an extended period had to go find a server on our own. Received a complimentary appetizer but due to issues it arrived after main course. Service was slow. Overall we enjoyed the meal but it was over 2 hours to complete our lunch.
I have been here multiple times but looks like never reviewed this place. Pretty nice place or dine with family, friends or alone. Place has a bar and decent ambience. It’s very crowded on weekends, better go on weekdays and try early dinner.Pineapple upside down is my favorite cheesecake, but there’s lot of varieties, at least try one.We were in a mood for few appetizers and drinks, avocado egg roll, Korean cauliflower and Mac-n-cheese fried ball was amazing.
I have dined at the cheesecake factory many times in the past and I was aware and used to their massive serving sizes. Typically I order my daughter the fried cheese sticks and a few sides and that feeds her with left overs. And I usually get the potatoe bites and one entree for me and my husband to split since the sizes are usually so large. This order i recieved was so egregiously small we all had to share everything and nobody was left satiated.7 dollars for this single piece of broccoli as a side8 dollars for 8 pieces of asparagus as a side9.50 dollars for 4 cheese sticks!!!21 dollars for this small entree of truffle honey chicken10 dollars for the loaded potatoe bites7 dollars for side of mashed potatoesI am appauled at the price for the sad quantity of food recieved especially for always being used to the massive serving sizes from the cheesecake factory
The quality and quantity of the meal was very good. The menu selection was very wide and should appeal to most tastes. The bread served was also very good. We went on a sunday lunchtime and the place was rammed. The interior was so noisy you had to shout to communicate, so we were glad we were seated outside. The server was very good and chatty , but service was a tad slow and the dessert to go, never arrived , hence the comment good service at times.
Went for the first time for breakfast. By the way full menu is served!!! But the brunch menu was great lots of options. We got the spinach dip appetizer. Huge and creamy!!! Full of cheese. Creme brulee french toast. Grilled ham. Very filling. And the monte cristo. Yum.
Very cool atmosphere! I love the high ceilings and open feeling. Also loved looking at the cheese cakes you can buy. The menu was huge. Lots of appetizers. You could just get a bunch of apps to be your whole meal. The food was really good. The cheese cake was on the richer side. So if you don’t like a richer cheese cake then this isn’t the place for you. Wait staff was exceptional. Overall really good experience. Will definitely come back at some point.
I don't understand the great reviews for this place. The decor is very nice but the food lacked flavor. I had a beer and it should have been much colder. The combo plate had steak with no flavor except the pepper. The chicken was good but for the cost I don't see a point to make a return visit.
I went strictly for dessert. I ordered strawberry short cake. It looked amazing when it arrived and was huge. Whipped cream, vanilla ice cream, strawberries and three biscuit size shortcakes. The strawberries were sliced and had little to no sweet strawberry flavor. The shortcakes had a glaze of maybe sugar and cinnamon on top. However, they were so hard and dry...even with ice cream they were still hard as rocks. I did enjoy the ice cream, whipped cream. Extremely overpriced for what it was. Not doing that again.
our waitress was Jamie we ordered filet mignon chicken potstickers and drinks and of course cheesecake ! lol it was no wait to be seated at 12:45 Pm on a tuesday everything was good and service was phenomenal. the menu is all over the place but anything you order is on point !
Great meal, great service! The skinnylicious menu is great, and they have low-carb sugar-free cheesecake. Pat gave us excellent service at the Brandon branch. Great dining experience overall.
