Both burgers didn't come with the right condiments, both were burnt charcoals, and the fries taste like wet cardboard.
Food was really good, but the reviews had me skeptical despite that I had none of the same problems, they just have to keep up with the good work
I ordered through Uber eats and got two cheeseburgers which were both extremely undercooked and then I realized I got spoiled meat or something which caused me to feel so sick! I want a full refund and compensation. This place is gross if this is the quality they serve!
I ordered door dash after midnight And I received my food in a reasonable time. My food was good temperature and it was great! This is my first time trying and I will order again!
Forgot food and food was cold never ordering from here again. Step your game up its called the burger experience....my experience was far from magical....

I ordered on thru door dash and they took over an hour to make two classic burger meals. It’s late night and I’m pregnant ARE U KIDDING ?! By far the worst ! I won’t ever order back from there again. DONT ORDER THERE

Did the Five Guys franchisee lose their franchise, due to multiple health code violations? Is this the same owner/operator who used to run the Five Guys chain of Brandon? I can't answer those questions, but I can say for certainty I have not had a burger 'experience' make me sick like that, since I ate one from the Five Guys in the Brandon Westfield Mall's Food Court, which had numerous health violations.
