This place is an absolute shame to Taco Bell. I have been there twice and will never go back. I just got a Raco pizza which I have been craving since they quit selling them. I couldn't wait for their return. Well I ordered carryout. The tortillas were rancid. It was completely unbeatable. I threw it away. Visited another Taco bell in Brandon and theirs was fantastic. So evidently Bloomingdale just can't get it's act together. I'll never return and could care less if it closes.

Staff was cussing like crazy in front of my kid because they couldn’t make change for a customer paying cash. They couldn’t make change because the manager left without saying anything in the middle of his shift. Two teenagers chased a staff member into a bathroom and the staff member emerged without washing their hands (the dryer is very loud). I can only assume the transaction that took place in the bathroom was something illegal.I’m so disgusted I’ll never return here. Probably never eat at this chain again.

I just got back from taco bell on Blooming in Brandon. I was disappointed when I didn't find my nachos that was supposed to come with my craving box. Also, my dorito taco was very soggy like it was drenched in water. So, I kept trying to call them to let them know about it. However, no one would answer the phone.

Avoid. We're stuck in the drive thru, vehicles behind and in front of us. Lady at the speaker was super rude. "IS THAT ALL? WE ONLY HAVE ONE PERSON ON THE LINE!" Cancelled the order and patiently waiting to get out of here. Like. Sorry? You're open. It's 5:45 pm on a Friday. We apologize for the inconvenience the order is causing your establishment at this time. Wtaf.

Terrible soggy and burnt food.Made me sick.Rude employee blonde.First didn't think anything about when the dinning hall was closed.Had to use drive through.We orded two beef chulupa meal with Pepsi and soft tacos.Also a quasadila meal soft taco Pepsi light iceHad to go back because food was burnt soggy and not right .Haven't been back to taco bell since.

Should I be surprised? Not all my food was there, place was not busy so that excuse is out. Just hire reliable People. I know no one wants 2 work, then send them home and management pick up the slack.

I brought my 2 daughters here to eat dinner, after they finished track practice at school. We wanted to eat inside to just relax, enjoy a meal, and catch up for the day. Unfortunately none of that happened. It took a while for someone to even come to the counter. We ordered a lot of food, which some was not made correctly. I took the stuff that was wrong back up to the counter to see if they could fix it. There were already 3 people waiting at the counter, who had not been helped. I stepped to the side and said "excuse me", pretty loud to get anyone's attention. The girl came out, who took my order and said that they don't melt the cheese on tacos only the meat, which is weird because I went to another Taco Bell 2 days ago and they seemed to know how to get it right. I also asked for some cheese that was supposed to be on my daughter's power bowl, but was left off, as well as some Chipotle sauce the chicken tacos because there really wasn't any on them, but she never showed back up lol! The other people that were still waiting were also getting extremely upset. After the people at the counter were finally taken care of, the employees locked the doors to the lobby. At least 6 Door Dash and 2 other companies came to the door, they were told to go through the drive-thru, which was really backed up.....I informed then that if they don't get the good in time or off it's cold, if the order gets canceled because it's taking too long, these workers have to pay for this and get bad reviews, the Taco Bell employees response was "oh well"! There were only 3 people working with no manager in sight... Completely unacceptable! I opened the door 2 times for Door Dash, who was told again to go through the drive-thru, and was yelled at by the employee to not unlock the door! Poor customer service, poor food service, and a night I was looking forward to completely ruined! NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS TACO BELL!!!!!

There was Spit on our food very nasty and when we went inside to speak to the manager she was unbothered and didn’t care and walked away before we even left the counter. Very nasty and unsanitary. No more Taco Bell for us ?

Worst customer service. Stepped into the store and waited for 10 mins for an employee to show up his face. There were 2 ladies and a gentleman at the counter and they keep chitchatting. Never worried about the waiting customers. After calling them for 5 or 6 times, they took my order and delivered my order which had 3 missing items. When asked they carelessly said everything is inside the bag. I asked them to count and they replied 'yeah. Some items are not there' and they stood there and never bothered to check for the missing ones. I had to keep bugging them to get my full order. It didn't stop there. After opening the items, I found meat inside couple of tacos. I particularly told them I have meat allergy three times. THE WORST TACO BELL. I want to give zero stars, but no option, so giving a star. If possible, drive a mile or two and go the next nearest taco bell.
