My husband bought me a box last night. He specifically stated no sour cream. When he gets home there's sour cream on my chalupa and five layer burrito. Now, whoever took the order knew I said no sour cream as I was on the phone with my husband when he ordered. How do I know?! When I asked for a strawberry lemonade, he said they didn't have it. I tried calling once husband got home, but no one answered the phone.

Well wanted Mexican pizza, sorry we are out. Was this another Corp. TestHow can you bring something back, and then run out.Or is this a test to see if you should bring it back again with a higher price.

This Taco Bell always has good food unlike some of theTaco Bells in the area. And always gets our order right again unlike other Taco Bells in our area.

I swear to God every single time I come through the drive through my order has missing items or are made incorrectly. Seriously so ridiculous. Hire competent employees that can READ. I’m so tired of wasting my time getting my food remade.

I had a bad day and as soon I arrived they told me to forget about my bad day and enjoy my evening by starting to have Taco Bell. Very sweet gals. The good was delicious and the price was good!!

What's the point of ordering online to pickup through drive-thru, when you arrive there, they request you come inside because it is a "big order?" Even offered to drive through again to allow for prep time and told "no." An online order for a family of 5, not that big. So parked in the handicap spot with my placard, since I'm disabled and ordered online and chose drive-thru pickup for the convenience, but ok. After waiting sometime for my food, I opted to go ahead and drink one of the 3 drinks I ordered, with no straw, since the straws were in a bag. Peeled the lid off and drank, accidentally cracking the plastic lid. Requested a new lid to replace it. When given my order, I request a small side of sour cream, which I'm told is an upcharge of $.65. So even after I order online and select to pickup through drive-thru because I am handicap, am told I have to come inside and wait for the order to be completed anyways, can't comp me a sour cream. Then claim you gave me a free drink. No, you gave me a lid, not another drink. Tried to bring me a sour cream in the parking lot, too late. Never again at this location.

Eat literally anywhere else. The food is already not amazing but I wanted a quesadilla. If they mess up your order or leave out items you paid for they will not refund you nor answer the phone or share any type of care, concern or apology. The staff working here currently hate their customers I guess by the way they were challenging me when I had the bag with the food, the receipt and my confirmation number. Their customer service is awful the associates and shift supervisor are rude and I hope the franchise owner/corporate consider hiring a new staff that want a job because the staff here clearly hate theirs and probably their lives too. Staff including the supervisor for this experience were working Sunday Jan 23, 2022 around 10-11pm.

Terrible ordered the wings at the drive through. Cold and empty sauce containers.

Listen - this is the best Taco Bell in all of Brandon, maybe even Tampa. I have been going here for years and the staff are always friendly and, most important, the order is always right AND fresh. Everyone knows most Taco Bells are poorly ran and serve cold food and wrong orders. We come here 3 or 4 times a month and we have never had our order wrong. Kudos to the staff. If only Taco Bell would bring back pintos and cheese and the meximelt ?.
