Today was not the day to dine in at this Taco Bell. It took 30 minutes to get our food. I say food; I mean I am sure it was edible, but when your mexican pizza is not cut into sections, has soggy tortillas, melted cheese that was dripping over the top but has solidified because it was cold and sauce and beans oozing out the side, I would need a spork to eat it.About 30 orders went out the drive thru while I waited 32 minutes for my order. I was told they were short-handed, yet I counted 5 employees, 1 went on break about 15 minutes into my wait time and another 5 minutes, another employee showed up. Not sure how many employees it takes to run a Taco Bell. The other 3 customers just asked for a refund and left. I returned the Mexican pizza, didn't ask for a refund, they offered to make me another one, but didn't feel like waiting another 30 minutes. I was told to just throw it in the garbage if I didnt want it. I politely placed it on the counter and left. Don't get mad because I paid $5 for a pizza and waited 30 minutes only to receive something that looked like a box of goo. Taco Bell got it wrong, it wasn't my fault. I wish I would have taken a picture.
My order is never right, and I can't even remember the last time it actually was correct! Last night for instance ordered 3 chicken tacos, Pepsi, and a cinnamon twist. After she handed me the bag, she walked away and I had to ask for the Pepsi. When I got home, there were no cinnamon twists or napkins. The outside display never updated so she told me to pull around. The receipt was in the bag and had charged tacos and cinnamon twists, but no Pepsi. Such a mess... everytime! You'd think that if this was your job to accurately fill orders it would come out right once in a while, but not in my experience.
This was one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The girl at the window insulted us, and was very nasty. She became crazy out of no where, swearing at us, attacking my partner saying that he couldn’t speak English. All we wanted was to get some food and go home. We’re going back to talk to the manager, and we expect at least a refund. We will never go to this Taco Bell again.
Staff is either special needs and can't understand meat and cheese only or too high to know where they are let alone get an order right.. they were nice but after reordering in the drive thru then inside and they still couldn't get it right tried to call both the store and corporate the store picked up then hung up and corporate doesn't even have an automated complaint line negative 2 stars for this and every other Taco Bell..
A reasonable choice for a late night meal or munchies. Suggest to order ahead with the app to save time. I usually do takeout, and use the drive thru, but if the line is long I will go inside to pickup.I really like the Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero Sugar, but food-wise there are only a few items I regularly order, like the Nachos BellGrande or a Chalupa.
Ordered ahead with the app, drove to the store a little before 11 PM, and went through the drive-thru to pick up my order. Just one car ahead of me, but sometimes there is a longer line, so no real way to predict. There are only a few items from the menu I regularly order, but I like them fairly well. I really like the Mountain Dew Baja Blast Zero Sugar. Just beware if there is a long line, sometimes it seems to take a while for the line to advance, possibly because they have so many choices on the menu.
I just received through door dash my incorrect order. I placed an order today for 5 tacos and a lemonade. I only received 4 tacos and a lemonade. I called the location several times and it sounds like some picks up and hangs up on me each time. It is unprofessional service. I tipped and expect a complete order when I place a written order. I never write reviews but this is unprofessional and should be reported as such. I do not recommend this location.
I had the most absurd customer experience at this location ever. First off none of the employees looked interested in helping anyone in the restaurant. Second, I used the kiosk to place my order and chose to pay with cash. I walked up to the counter to pay and the employee told me they couldn’t take my cash payment because the register was closed and left it at that. Didn’t offer to find another solution. So I asked to speak with the manager and the person I spoke to then tells me they are the manager. They tell me the person on that register is on break. If they are the manager - how do they not have access to that register? I then asked well can you move my order to the drive they register and take my payment. He tells me I can leave and drive into the drive thru. This manager must not care about making his location money because they are going out of their way to make getting a simple fast order as difficult as possible. The attitude and literal lack of caring was absolutely astounding. I refused to give that manager or that store my business and went next door to Chik-fil-a where they gladly took my cash. Whoever is the GM or the owner of the store needs to take a look at who is running their store because they clearly have no business being in management. Awful.
Friendly staff, quick and hot food. They seem to be steadily increasing their prices. But nonetheless, still delicious.
I asked for beef chalupas and got chicken, asked for no hot sauce on the quesadilla and still got it and it has happened 3 times already. Not able to eat any of the food
