I love steak ‘n Shake but I wasn’t impressed with this visit I did a mobile order in the car in the parking lot took my time so when I went inside to get seated my food should be ready soon I sat in the dining room for about 15 minutes and I was like I did a mobile order they had a bagged up like I was going to do a drive-through so it wasn’t fresh but I was hungry so I ate it and left came in for my birthday shake that was good
I love going to steak and shake because the food is always made fresh to order , milkshakes are always on point in very delicious, staff is very respectful and nice
Not a fan of these kiosk. No personal interaction. What's the point of eating in?ALL OF THE BOOTHS WERE DIRTY along with zero customer service with self serve ridiculousness. Final visit for us. No thank you.
Came in at around 11:30 because i was hungry and needed a quick late bite. was definitely quick!! the frisco melt was fresh and exactly what i needed. even though i came in so close to closing i was still treated so well.
Since I was a child I was obsessed with the chili mac and it has really gotten so pitiful. I've tried 3 locations in the last month, this one and two in Tampa, and I have to say I just can't eat there any more. The last order from this store came with almost a full fork full of chili/meat. The order with it for 3$ extra meat and sauce was two fork fulls. I can remember when the meal looked just like the menu on a large plate full of spaghetti. This is what I got and both meals were cold and I combined both into one container. Below is what it looks like in the ad vs what I got without adding the extra meat. Yall got to do better. It was a great dish. Charge more if ya have to, but bring it back.
This location is hands down is built around quality assurance for the guest. Food always fresh, servers pleasant and the service is fast.
Ordered a family sized meal in the drive thru and was surprised at how quickly it came out! Couldn't ask for more, the order was perfect & the everything was tasty?
Didn't like it. The hamburger patties were paper thin and tasteless.
My food came out fairly quick and tasted great. Unfortunately I can't say the same for my coworker. Somehow his order had been misplaced, and did not come up for about 40 minutes. I had completely finished my meal, and then some before his meal was ready. Hopefully this was just a fluke.
Alex made sure our second visit was great and made us a fresh batch of fries ?
