More like a 3.5 but no option for that. Anyways it would be a 4 if the employees were a little bit more friendly. Your drive through employee today was the worst. Not greeting anyone at the speaker then saying Hello and saying she's waiting on them to order. Like what the heck. I told her most people wait for the greeting to order. She looked at me nasty and said I did greet her. She handed me my food, i said thank you and she ignored me. The food is always good on the plus side. So thank your cook because if not for them it'd be rated 2 stars.
I understand that most companies need to work around the whole Covid thang but really. 100% kiosk! You come to steak and shake for the 1950’s feel. The waiting staff and good old fashioned look. Door service poor. The #1 voted milkshakes, well now they are cups of frozen milk with toppings. Not even classified as shakes.
I like the new setup. Kiosk to order. Cook makes your food and you get it when ready. Great solution. Wish there was a way to add a tip to the order. They employees did a great job.
Ordered 6 shakes via the kiosk up front. The manager was very friendly and she even helped me bring the shakes to my car. We got vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate and they were delicious!
Man o man was I surprised how good this food is. The sauces were delicious way better the chick filet milkshake delicious, cheesy fries delicious. Steak and shake gets an A++++++
Worst experience didn’t want to give us a refund because they threw our food, then started coming after us yelling at us, the franchise partner John price had came at us with disrespect and rudeness never again will I eat here or recommend anyone to eat here the type of treatment I’ve received from him over a refund is unacceptable. I would like to do something about it.!
Food was perfect! You have to order at a kiosk now, but the lady Margi? (I believe?) was absolutely fantastic!! She was so nice, friendly and attentive. She constantly checked in on us and everyone else there and offered assistance multiple times. She made the experience wonderful!

The speciality shakes are a joke. Bought an Oreo shake & a Snickers shake. Both were literally vanilla shakes with Oreo & Snickers DUST on top of the whipped cream. No cookie or candy piece in the actual shake. Definitely going to DQ or Sonic next time
Machine ordering process sucked. You get tricked into ordering cheese on your burger. Normal things like ketchup, mustard & pickle hidden. Chocolate shake not a good flavor. Whipped cream very glycerine textured. Hard to get someone to help fix until your burger half gone and cold.
