Had to waite 15 minutes for one coffee and they ran out of ice last week and I think I was over charged for a small regaler coffee with cream and sugar I was charged 4.00 for the coffee

I ordered and iced Carmel mochiatto ... They didn't put the Carmel in it ... And was mostly all milk ! Was horrible!

Employee wouldn’t speak to me without a mask on even though they were behind plexi-glass. Florida does not have a mask mandate so their posts about mask requirements are a lie. Not to mention, there is no such thing as asymptomatic carriers.
This location doesn’t update their product availability on the app like every other store does. I upload money on my app so I can get stars, I ordered and paid using my app and came to pick up what I had purchased. Only to find out that it was out of stock. No problem, just give me my money back. They were “only able to give it to me in store credit” which means you can’t even earn points with that option and they were out of anything I could’ve possibly wanted food wise. The two guys working were kind of rude, but the girl was nice. This location just needs to get it together. If you don’t have something you shouldn’t be able to purchase it through the app. That’s how it works at every other store. And even if that malfunctions you should still just give customers back their money. Not store credit.

I waited for 30 minutes for a medium mocha Frappuccino I ask kindly Johnathan how long more on my order and he started screaming at me in front of more then 20 people and told me to get a refund if I didn’t want to wait longer. After people saw this happening they ask for refund also.
I went to order a coffee and was denied service because I have a medical condition and don’t wear a mask. We were separated by two glass walls... literally, I could barely hear her through her mask and the glass. We were in an open space as this place is in front of the food court area. People walk past her alllll day, many times, with no mask....This is just ridiculous already. I said forget it, and took my money down to the new coffee place by Coach. I’m going to have to keep doing that because I’m over this s**t.
