My friend and I met at this Starbucks before seeing a film. My god they don’t pick up their trash. Trash was everywhere. Their speakers were messed up, so why play music? Well at least the chai latte was good.
On March 30 2022 at around 7:30 ish am just came here it was my first time ordering on the app and didn’t know you had to tell the barista your order through the speaker so I went straight to the window and was given attitude by white girl with glasses for not mentioning order at the speaker instead of telling me nicely since it was my first time then procceeed to tell me have a nice day in a sarcastic way . On top of that I picked it up as soon as I placed my order and my food was ice cold
They were great. Had our drinks out fast, everything was made correct. Thank you so much Kaitlyn. You're amazing!!
Severely understaffed. Took 30 min to get a drink. At least 12 cars on drive-thru, 10 people inside the store. Isn’t the 400% markup not enough to hire an extra employee. Terrible.
The last time I posted a review it was negative; however, I must say the customer service has improved dramatically! This location is very high volume and they tend to sell out quickly, but these guys work hard and really go the extra mile for their guests. My mobile order is ready before I even get out of my car! And on the days I order inside, my drink is already being made before I even finish paying! Jay is THE best! He truly goes above and beyond for both me and my staff every morning and if he isn’t there, the other baristas give me the same service. I Deff have love for the baristas of this location!
Quick drive through but drink is never right . Visited for three days got the same drink and was made incorrectly every time, yet the sticker says what I ordered. Read the label folks!!!!!!
Ordered caramel ribbon crunch. They were out of caramel crunch so I agreed to substitute with another caramel substance. However, only like a half teaspoon of caramel syrup was used and barely any crumble. Such a disappointment! Stingy and out of the caramel crunch! I could have had coffee at home with a creamer and saved my $6.00. Smh
Horrible customer service..the one in Brandon shopping center at SR 60/I-75 worst ever for any one I've ever been to! I went in due to drive-thru being so backed up. Service slow, as if they were all innslow motion, unusual for Starbucks. I paid for coffee, out of all dessert breads, and after WAITING 20 minutes with only about 10 or 11 others in store, I asked for refund & left!
Sat in drive through for 15 mins.... nobody in building. Posted hours and online all confirmed they were open. Sure would have been nice for them to post they were going to be closed before me and im sure hundreds of other throughout the day sat there and wasted their time.
They have quality drinks but they have a bad system. Very slow inside the store and even slower drive through.
