Went through the drive thru around 9:30am today to redeem a reward. Guy in the drive through was standoffish and rude. I usually don’t have that experience with Starbucks.
The outside was clean of debris, I went through the drive thru at 8 and it was not busy at all. I got a venti iced latte, it tasted great, a box apple juice, and water cup. The employees were very friendly and seemed happy which is a nice change from other places. Overall amazing experience.
Wife ordered on app. Waited over fifteen minutes in-store for an iced drink that was not made. Refund was thankfully provided by the staff but without any apology.
I go to starbuck almost daily but this was the slowest starbucks and the barista looked and spoke like she hated her job, and the breakfast sandwich was cold.
This place is always closed! I go in the middle of the day on a random day of the week, and they’re closed. Then, I tried to go to the drive thru on the weekend and they closed the drive thru AND the inside. When they are actually open the drinks are made well. But it seems every other day they close randomly.
I’ve waited a couple years to do this but go ahead and close this location down already. What a joke. Let an independent coffee shop open up here & call it a day.
3/2018-3/2020 this was the best starbucks in the area (amazing staff- especially the lady whos kids/daughter was in college, wish i remembered her name). then has been downhill ever since. its obviously the same store manager/area managers because i stopped going for about 5 months. now that im back its only gotten worse. still always randomly closed or closed early (yes extremely shady but now its been a constant thing for years now). this is despite the supposed "real time" hours listed on the app. extremely poor quality management for the brandon/lithia area. i have personally reported the store to corporate twice. in turn spoke to the district manager as well as the man above her. both of these people were grown adults but completely useless- like talking to a chunk of drywall. unless they all 3 step down (so including the store manager), expect nothing but an awful experience. drive thru lines that take 45 min wrapped around the building in the middle of a work day etc. nothing remarkable about the staff anymore. i can see why though. no decent, awesome person would stick around for this. this is such a chill shopping plaza despite the busy area, that it could be such an enjoyable starbucks to visit. it once was. for the love of god can all 3 of you just find a different job? sheesh. let us just get our coffee without needing a zanax. miss living near the seminole heights store- always a great experience there, ugh!
Coffee was great, staff friendly. BUT.... It's the most filthy place I've ever seen!Coffee stains everywhere, dirty tables and counters, just disgusting.And forget about sitting outside. The smell of the grease trap will make you puke!
I ordered ahead on the app and was told my order would take 15 minutes. When I arrived on time, my drink was not ready. They took an additional 15 minutes to make my order. 30 minutes total for a cup of coffee!!!! When I asked the barista about my order - she was very short and rude. I submitted feedback online and it’s been over a week and no one has reached out to my about my experience.
