10:30 am Sat at station #1. Pressed red button, told would be helped shortly. 10min. Later an employee in uniform walked out. Tall man, who walked past us and spit a mouthful of spit into the grass infront of us and kept walking. We moved to the drive through. No notes, no directions no service. Waited 5 min. Then just left. We know the location was open as people went in and came out, none with food.
From 2-4 get half price limeades and frozen drinks. Regular hamburger/hotdog type menu. Stay in your car to order and eat. Kinda fun to eat in your car. Not the fastest to get the orders out to you but not the slowest either. I like the Cranberry inside but they have many flavors to choose from, like grape, cherry, vanilla, strawberry, mango and passion fruit to name a few.
Absolutly horrible. I took my daughter to lunch and almost every ordering station was broke. Our food finally came out only to learn they could not break a 100$ bill. So i had to get change. By this time our food was cold. No free refill cost an extra 5 bucks for a coke. And to top it all off at the end of it all when my young daughter had to potty we walked to the restroom to see a sign saying no public restrooms. Absolutely the worst experience ive ever had at a sonic.
Not sure why over half of the stalls are out of order and it takes half an hour for 2 drinks with an empty parking lot.
It’s just very sad to see such rude employees. We drove in to order just one chili cheese dog for our son. Tried to order. The machine looked broken. 20 minutes later lady who took our order said the order is on the way and the employee would help us with the payment. Next we see the employee with a tray goes to another car. Talks to the driver for 5-7 minutes with the tray and a small paper bag on it. We waived clearly seeing it was our order. Then she went her way passing our car with the same paper bag on that tray and we hear in the speaker that our order was dropped.30 minutes waiting for nothing.Then we drove around the corner to drive through where the speakers don’t work and the employee is taking order wring on a paper. Employees look frustrated and clearly taking it on the customers.Honestly, I’ve never seen such sad situation with “fast” food service.This location clearly needs attention.
I normally enjoy Sonic but this time was different. I pulled into one of the outside ordering booths and I press the button. The thing said that the button had been pressed and I would be waited on momentarily. I press the button several more times. I waited 20 minutes. There was one guy bringing out orders and I know he had to see me. Finally I yelled to him and he says oh that one must not be working move to another booth. I had to move to another Booth before I could be served,
Not sure what is going on at sonic but it's not good. Went to get just a blast. At the drive-thru speaker it had a sign to pull forward. Placed the order with the young lady for one blast. After 10 minutes of waiting I stuck my head out to ask her if anything was wrong and she then informed me the machine needed to sit for a bit so it wasn't ready to distribute ice cream. Just asked for a refund. That would have been something you told me when I was ordering so I wouldn't have day there for so long.
I only gave it a 1 because 0 wasn't an option service was horrible they also didn't get anything right tryed to have it changed to the correct order 25 minutes later still nothing employees where rude and the parking lot was dirty
Good food, freshly prepared, they are a little pricy, their combination prices are not much of a value, compared to seperate prices
Just had a milkshake. Good as usual.
