So I'm allergic to stevia and asked to substitute it out for turbinado sugar. Half way through my smoothie and I started feeling the tell tale signs of a reaction. The guy wasn't very welcoming to begin with and had an I-don't-care attitude. I don't usually write reviews but this was a major issue.
Wonderful crew. I just wanted a strawberry smoothie. And everyone pitched in with fun suggestions. I threw caution to the wind and got the “Caribbean Way” smoothie with papaya juice. I don’t even know what papaya juice is. But yum.
Ordered a 20oz smoothie - they charged me for a 32oz instead and gave me a larger smoothie.Which most people may be fine with, but I can’t drink that much. I requested a refund so I could just be charged for a 20 oz and receive only a 20oz smoothie.They took away the 32oz and were going to give me a 20oz, but couldn’t refund me at this time. Told me to come back another day.If you can’t refund me, just give me the 32oz as at least that’s what I paid for.
I always get great service here. Our family loves these smoothies and really wish a location would open closer to us on 301.
Regret paying for my smoothie before I asked to use the bathroom. They state that I can't use the bathroom unless I am pregnant, elderly, a child or disabled. As a paying customer I was denied use of the bathroom. Never coming back here again.
Just tried to get a smoothie at 8:25pm on Saturday December 18th, the sign says 9pm and it's closed already. Either the website is wrong or they closed early without notice. Pretty irritated I drove 30 mins for no reason.

Never had a bad smoothie or service from this location
No one is happy to be there no smiles no how are you today it was like a chore for them to make my smoothie.
