It's been a while since we were here. We always enjoyed it in the past. This time it was not so good. Maybe they had a bad day and the person at the counter was new. I ordered the Greek salad and I got a plain salad with some feta cheese sprinkled on it and no dressing when I asked for extra dressing. With three of us ordering, each of us had something wrong with our order which we found when we got home.Some things were over cooked and for the price we paid, We could have gone to a nice restaurant sat down and had a good dinner.
I purchased a grilled shrimp bowl with an additional white fish fille' ??! This was the first time that I purchased this meal at Salem's although it's not my first time patronizing this business! I've never been dissatisfied with any thing that I have purchased here. I also must express my opinion about the quality of service and cleanliness of the establishment. I give it 5 stars also ?.
I've lived in Brandon for 12-14 years, this is my very first time ever eating there which was about a week ago today. And I have to admit, it was pretty damn good.I was also very impressed with the service staff and the cleanliness of the store. I've been told in the past that Salem's was pretty good especially at certain locations. For some reason I just always end up at the same old same old..Very happy I stopped. Food was delicious. Larger quantity of food than I expected. Maybe I didn't order correctly I don't know. But overall a great experience. Definitely recommend!!Instead of jamming up the roadway on Causeway at the certain chicken sandwich place, or the certain golden arches breaking the ice cream and mocha frappe machines, and eating bad fries with the guy with the crown on his head, try something different. Go to salem's. Most definitely a great alternative and probably a healthier one.
Don't understand how you can charge 12 bucks for a gyro that you hand out damn near frozen. Meat was cold pita was tough and crunchy overall just horrible. Not to mention it was at the drive through so I didn't know until we got home. Honestly sick of places like this stealing from me cause I definitely did not get what I paid for which was fresh food. Long time customer done.
The food nowadays is hit or miss. Used to be a favorite place of mine 3x per week or more. Sometimes the wings are chewy and sometimes they are great. The sauce is my favorite. One thing that does remain consistent at this location however is the unpleasant attitudes and unfriendly looks. It's almost like your not wanted and interfering with their day. I wonder what they would do without us customers. Maybe find a new job? The time before last my 5 year old went in the Bathroom and left her BRAND NEW jacket in there with a necklace and they literally threw it in the trash and watched me dig it out after they said they hadn't seen it. WHY!??
Foods decent once u broom off all the seasoning, little overwhelming. Wife was in hospital for 7 weeks with high risk pregnancy came here a couple times a little pricey, but won't break the bank. And always hot 4 stars
First and last time eating here. I order chicken wings and a side salad that I substituted for my fries that came up to a whopping $20. The wings weren’t good at all and the salad was just lettuce. The customer service was slightly rude and very dry. For this to be my first experience I will not be coming back to this location or any location. Food not worth the price.
Unbelievable Customer service Poor Management! I can’t wait to hear what Terry Pajka MANAGER OF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT For the Brandon location has to say about this ! I went To the Brandon location this morning at 3:30 am to deliver an order for a customer. When I got there the manager who when I asked what her name was she said “ Z “ handed me the cup and told me to fill it up with a drink for the customer! I looked at her and said that is not my job I’m here to pick up and deliver not make drinks. she replied “ it’s your job! we don’t do the drinks we just make the food ya get the drinks. “ the manager argued with me about what the restaurant doesn’t do. The manager along with every other employee I asked on the shift refused to make the customer the drink when I asked them. The insubordinate attitude and plain disrespect of these employees refusing to do there job is appalling! Unfortunately I left without a drink for the customer because every employee at the restaurant refused to make the drink that came with the customers order.
I eat here almost every day.. I usually get a #3 with grilled veggies, the fried shrimp or the 2 sandwiches for $8..(very good)The employees are very nice and know me by name..
Visited drive through for late night eats. Checked bag once we got home and order was completely wrong. We called restaurant several times to make them aware but no one answered the phone. Left a message on their answering machine but never received a callback. Extremely Unhappy customer ?
