My very first and last experience with Red Robin.Quick service, friendly staff, staff seem rather young and immature, and it seems to be “clean” But if you want food poisoning definitely come here.On top of that they brought us two extra orders of fries When only one person ordered fries. When we said no thank you they Left it at our table anyways.I originally did not want to bring any food home but my husband figured let’s bring it home when the waitress offered us boxes right after we told her we didn’t want the extra fries.Get home and my husband and I both experienced a strong abdominal cramping with constant nausea. The next day my husband thought it would be a good idea to eat the fries. It’s 30 minutes to midnight and he just woke up with the same abdominal pain and nausea now diarrhea.
I work across the street from the Red Robin in the Brandon mall, and unfortunately got tied up before I could go pick up my food. Fortunately though when I got there, the manager of the location came to me personally and apologized and asked if I would like them to cook me a fresh burger as the one I had ordered prior was cold. I told him it was completely okay since it was my fault for being late but he had the kitchen team prepare me a new one and a shake anyways. I cannot stress enough how awesome these guys are and the lengths they go through just to keep their customers happy. 5/5 stars and then some.
Bit of a wait but expected during the lunch rush on a Sunday. Short staffed but that's nearly every restaurant and eatery nowadays. Staff was friendly and courteous and the food was delicious. My husband and I both enjoyed our burgers and apps. Looking forward to coming here again soon!
Food is good definitely (if you like burgers of course). Heard a staff member say thr kitchen seems to be filled with newbies that need to be taught so it seems to be hit-or-miss. Some people seemed very pleased while other tables didn't seem too happy with their...circumstance.
The Red Robin change seems to be in a decline. We called ahead and told there was no wait. When we arrived we were told their was only one waitress and we had to wait 10 minutes. We ordered our food when we ordered our drinks. Took 20 minutes to get our food. One hamburger was cold and the medium rare was well done. Last time we will visit.
Bartender was excellent. Courteous and prompt even though being very busy.These are the re-fried French fries (see pic) THIRD attempt at "fresh" fries. If course they are hot .. they are doing with grease soaked in. -note: in pic I haven't eaten any, this was the presentation from kitchen.For too long Red Robin had slid down this hill of decay. Burgers on a conveyor belt and fries... That's their specialty. EXECUTE CORRECTLY.It will be a long time I return to any Red Robin. My condolences to those who continue to patronize.
The last two times that we have visited, there have been 3-5 tables seated with 90% of the restaurant empty. Still, they insist there is a 20+ minute wait to get seated.Other restaurants are able to navigate the staff shortage. You really need to pull it together and figure this out. Every time I go to Cracker Barrel, it is full or I'm seated right away.Your situation is not that unique.
Had my burger and fries delivered to the bar in a dirty plate. The bar tender was rude. I approached the bar and she yell at me that the seat was taken. I moved to another seat and no one ever sat at the seat while I had my beer and some of the burger in the dirty plate. This will be my second and last bad experience at this restaurant. On my prior visit the manager and the girl behind the bar had a loud fight in front of all customers related to her poor treatment. Management needs to really get a hold of training and bad behavior.
Good burgers and great freckled lemonade. We really love the onion rings and the bottomless fries. Good outside seating too.
Well they were short staffed and had several tables open, but didn't work their short staff too hard. We got our food quickly and was done correctly. Good job red Robin.
