Would give it a 0 if I can. Staff is terrible and you have to yell at the intercom for them to hear you and I was just picking up a mobile order. As I pull up to the window they have me wait about 5 minutes to then tell me it's going to take some time because they are still making the chicken. I made the order about 30 minutes before hand grabbed it was one of those big family meals and 9pm ish. Anyways I tell her okay and proceed to wait quite sometime. Finally when I get my food I tell her thank you and drive off and as my wife checks it we see we are missing things. I was tired and refused to go back as I did not want to deal with them anymore.
This is the third time that I have ordered online, delivery service, and the chicken parts given look to be deformed. The chicken was cold, you could tell it was not fresh, no utensils, and no napkins. I really love Popeyes chicken, however, I will not be ordering online for delivery anymore because you get what they want you to have and that’s what’s left over. Shameful, Because your hands are tied.
My first time ordering from this Popeyes, they forgot an entire piece of chicken. We politely let them know and they corrected it . Today I went through the drive through and ordered a spicy 3 piece wings with extra French fries. I paid extra for the French fries, but instead I got barely even any fries tossed in a nuggets box. I also received 2 wings and a biscuit all for 14 bucks. The worst part of it all, none of the wings were spicy. The food isn’t too bad but ensure that you’ve received exactly what you ordered before driving off.
I forgot what an absolute rip-off this place is, I missed the chicken and needed something quick.. over $15 for 4 pieces of chicken, the saddest scoop of mashed potatoes with an alarmingly large piece of chicken fat with breading on it hidden in the middle, and a soda with no ice because even though there was only one group of three people in at the same time as me they didn't have any. I couldn't even get two of the four pieces to be a chicken breast without paying more money. Prices have gone up everywhere but this is absolutely absurd, won't be back
Me pregunto porque los dueños de esta franquicia de restaurantes aquí en la florida no toma medidas para mejorar con relación a todas las malas reseñas publicadas, es como sino le importara. Es muy común leer sobre lo groseros y antipáticos que son la mayoría de sus empleados y además de los errores que cometen en los pedidos. Quisiera visitarlos nuevamente, pero leo todos los comentarios y realmente me decepciona. Ojalá hicieran algo y pensaran más en los usuarios de este servicio.
They couldn't find my order OK and how can two people both eat when there's only 2 bites of food in each bowl it said for 2 I paid $ 16.00 for this .... the girl at window was nice but you don't get nothing really for the price
If you love waiting in line for 30+ minutes, having a 99.9% chance of your order being wrong, cold food, and feeling like it’s you that’s an inconvenience... this is the place you want to go. It really is amazing how they can never get anything right when they always have 6 or more people working. I’ve given this place multiple chances because of it’s convenient location but I finally give up. So many better options out there.
I’m a simple chick… 2 chicken sandwiches w no pickle ? the staff was very nice. Quick drive thru service. Although I declined the Apple pie add-on, it was nice that they asked, just Incase. Great job guys
You have to really want chicken. Ordered ahead online, showed up at the time it says it will be ready and the guy ordering at the register when I walked in somehow received his order before I got mine. Interesting concept. The staff that I did deal with were super friendly. I don’t understand why it takes so long to bag up already cooked food. Seems like out of the 8 people I saw behind the counter only half were working. So two stars for the friendliness, hopefully the wait times/efficiency will improve.
Ordered 12 pieces of chicken, fries and red beans and rice. Cost $41.98 Would not allow all dark meat as requested. The competition does. Received 5 wings, 3 legs, 3 thighs and one breast of old overcooked oily chicken. Chicken had obviously sat a very long time and then reheated. Food was cold. This is way too expensive to have to throw out, but we did. Will never return. If asked , will tell others. Cannot believe this place stays open.
