Nice new store, relatively clea during the lunch hour. Stopped in about 10 minutes till noon and no one in line. Ordered a bowl of the fried rice and teriyaki chicken. They said they were out of the teriyaki chicken and it would be about 7 minutes for it to be ready. I said I would wait and asked for them to add a chicken egg roll and medium drink to my order. The girl at the register started building a different order, I guess for delivery and left me standing there. The first girl I gave my order to walked down from the other end of the counter and took my money. After getting my drink and eating my egg roll a group came in and I noticed a couple had ordered teriyaki chicken and were getting there orders completed. AFTER they saw me looking at what was going on they held up a bowl and motioned for me to come up and pick it up from the counter where they left it. This is my last time I will eat here. At least the people at the store in Valrico on 60 are much more friendly and professional.
I'm leaving a review today, March 18, 2022 for the most excellent service we received at this location today! The staff were all working very hard! The food was fresh and delicious! I appreciate all the effort from the staff! ?????????

Fast Service good Orange Chicken but really lumpy rice balls gross. Some of the rice was really dry to just Chuck that rice out.
This is my preferred Panda Express. I have one closer to my home, but they don’t do as well with the food. I go out of my way to come to this one. The food is usually very good and they carry the usual Panda Express fare. It was clean and the service was friendly. I took off a star because they were out of teriyaki chicken, egg rolls, and another entree. Several of their other items were close to being empty, as well. I would think they would have been better stocked because it was close to dinner time. Overall, however, I recommend this location.
Should be open at 10:30. I knocked the door 10:35. A lady came an open, I asked if they were ready and said I could come in but food will take another 20 minutos.I planned to be there to get mi lunch to work today. They were late I came to work with no lunch. Not fun. No reliable.
This Panda Express sucks. The food was ok. But the service was horrible. The girl working the counter was very rude. We were bothering her by ordering our food. It was very clear that she didn't want to work and she had attitude with me bc I was asking her to make our food. I have never been treated like this at a Panda Express. Bc of this we will never go back to this location. This was our second time at this location and it was our second bad experience here.
Restaurant hours says it’s open until 9:30pm. Why would 75% of the food be missing at 6:35? They also refused to make anymore. A RESTAURANT refused to make more food almost 3 full hours before closing. That’s ridiculous.
My favorite place in the world but last 2 times i have been there the no disrespect but Asian lady gives you barley any food in the bowels anymore . it should at least cover bottom of bowel.
Food here is tasteful and delicious, takeout is packed in your plate or side boxes but the service is awful! I work at a well known warehouse company i do graveyard shifts weekends and get out by 10am super hungry, i make it a habit of getting take out from panda once every weekend, i drive there getting there at 10:30 when they open, they have nothing cooked or ready ? Hopefully they can get better at opening on time and having food ready for customers. Other than that I Will continue going?.
