Sometimes, I forget to post my reviews, and for that I sincerely apologize. Especially when a place is so darn good!So, we have visited a few times and I have to tell you, this place is awesome!The service is good, prices are fair, and the food is simply delicious.The garlic rolls are scrumptious and will ensure that there will be no vampires, or kissing in your near future.Pizzas are fantastic and have plenty of toppings. The Chicken Parm feeds a family...ok that's might be slightly exaggerated, but I still haven't been able to finish one.Be prepared to take left-overs home. Unless you're like a Joey Chestnut food eating champion.Old school Italian-American cuisine done right. That's this place.
I am in absolute shock how we were treated by the manager Jax! Looking forward to trying a new place, finally a night off from from cooking. I ordered a salad and food for my family! My husband drove 30 min away from our home to pick up dinner. When he arrived with our dinner, we realized the staff forgot to include my salad in our order. I simply called back and asked to be refunded for my salad that I did not get, but paid for. The manager refused and said I had to drive all the way back to Old Town Pizza give me my refund. I explained we can’t drive all the way over there and I would be happy to provide my card number over the phone. She refused and said there is no way to do this. Jax did not offer a solution, was very unprofessional, went round and round with me over the phone. Not apologetic at all. My husband tried to talk with her and that didn’t go well either. Jax was very rude and did not represent Old Town Pizza as a manager should. To top it all off my family ate part of their dinner and was very disappointed in the quality. We will not be returning and will be sure to warn anyone we know not to take the chance on this Old Town Pizza place as well.
We were treated as if we were sub par human beings for trying to celebrate a birthday here. We were spoken to rudely on the phone and then when we arrived we were told we could not sit together even after being told our party would be ok to do so. The biggest shame is we love eating here but will not be back after our treatment. I understand the stress of covid and the new dynamic it has brought to the service side but this was not at all fair.
Best pizza around imo. Great for take out. Dining in is open, but it was ridiculously loud. Was not the restaurants fault though. People need to teach their children proper dining volumes!
My family ordered the steak and cheese calzone, the bacon cheeseburger calzone, the olde town calzone, and two orders of the stuffers - we are a family of 5 and we all enjoyed the food. We took our food to go, but the lady who took our order was very nice. Definitely will return.
Very nice pizza place. About 20 specialty pizzas to choose from. Either deep dish or thin crust. A large variety of salads also. Sandwiches and pasta dishes available. Daily lunch specials and cozy atmosphere.
A great modern example of a classic pizzeria.Great pie and salads. Clean all around, floors are Not sticky, and the restrooms are tidy.Been here a few times and just getting to leave a review.Bottom line: I recommend Old Town to family and friends.
Love this place. Pizza is great. Many options. Gnocchi with vodka sauce was delicious. Garlic rolls are huge n very tasty. Go hungry...u won't regret it!!!
This was my first time ordering from Olde Town Pizza, and will definitely order again. We got the strawberry salad, mozzarella sticks, Olde Town Stuffers, a personal size pepperoni pizza and a medium BBQ chicken pizza. The pizza was great, and I like how the pizzas are "square". I forgot to take the pictures before we started to eat. ?
Server's were young and all over the place, then chicken parmesan noodle bake was just not appetizing. Poor marinara or noodles, but no good. I'll have to go back a second time try pizza and hope for better service. I'll update my review then.
