We been here a few times and for the most part we have had good service. Today the service was HORRIBLE. They were completely unorganized, left our stack on the grill for almost 10 minutes, I had to tell them it was still on the grill & then proceeded to give us a burnt item because they couldn’t stay focused on who was doing what. They asked us what we were getting multiple times, and we’re just very unprofessional. It’s sad because after this experience we won’t be going back!!!
I ordered a pick up order for 3:30pm. It was ready when I arrived 19 minutes early. I ordered 45min prior. I live 2 blocks away. My nachos were soggy and non of the food was any bit of warm. So my nachos weren't nachos and my daughters burrito was also cold . Queso setting and cold. Wast of money. I was literally the only non employee in the restaurant when I arrived to pick up food. Highly disappointed and co.ete waste of money. Typically the food is good. But not when it's made 45 minutes prior to pick up time.
The staff was friendly and the food is good. But every time I've come here for the last couple years there's been a problem. Normally no one says Welcome to Moe's (although today was the first time I've heard it here in the last 2 years). But there was only El Guapo for salsa. It's a basic thing they should keep stocked and the place is not busy at all. 2 staff members were standing around. Stick the salsa, ladies.
While the meat portions are a little less than what I would hope for, the delicious taste and abundant veggies make up for it. Overall a fun atmosphere with tasty food.
This location doesn’t have hours on the door and we walk in while people are being served and she tells us they are closed when the doors are unlocked. It was 8:06pm on Sunday. Hours online says 9pm. Others were also turned away. This sucked for our family as we had two kids one in a car seat.

This moe’s was great! Staff was friendly and environment was clean and updated. Food was good as usual, although the meat was room temp., could’ve been warmer but it appeared to be a slow night. Would definitely recommend this location.
Came at 7:00pm on a Saturday had no wait, was greeted kindly and the food brought to our table kindly because it was still cooking. I had no problems with this location and the food was great.
I only gave it a one bc 0 was not a option store was not clean it was a hot mess in there and employees where loud mangers was very local to let the other staff members know there would be changes
Great welcoming staff, good was very good. I had a steak and potato bowl and the employee recommended chipotle ranch and a squeeze of fresh lime, it was amazing.
