The last three times to include today that I’ve placed an online order we’re horrible!!! The wait time you are quoted is never met, not even close. When you inquire after waiting they look as if they were unaware of any online order. Today after complaining of having placed my order over 25 minutes ago, the employee stated they were getting ready to make it. It took another 10 minutes. They really weren’t that busy either. They appeared very disorganized. There were about 8 employees on duty. They offered no apologies nor did they appear to care!!! If time is of the essence, do NOT go to Moe’s in Brandon at the Regency Square Plaza!!!!
Online order, at 609pm, website said pickup at 629. Im still waiting at 709 right now. They have served at least 10 walk ins rather than making the online orders, I and a few others have been standing here waiting for 40+ minutes. What is going on?!Edit, we also got covid from this visit. Never again.
No staffing, waited in an extremely long and SLOW line and the food wasn't even that good, and they were out of multiple food options. And the queso is ?️
Ended up coming to Moe’s because the line at Chipotle was ridiculously long and now I understand why. When I walked into Moe’s no one was in line and took forever for one employee to make our food and by that time the line was out the door and none of the other employees jumped in to help. The food looked like it had been sitting out for days and tasted bland. The meat was not fresh at all. The restaurant was dark and grungy looking. Next time I will wait in line at Chipotle where the food is fresh and the restaurant is clean.
Horrible experience, would not visit this location again. It was the dirtiest one I have been too. Tables were not clean, garage was over flowing and staff was more focused on making the to go orders than helping the customers in the store. They ran out of chicken, so I received a very small burrito to say the least.
Don’t order online, you’ll never get your food on time and it’ll be cold. Half my order was ready 20 minutes later the other half was ready. The reason for the wait… “all our online orders are made fresh.” The woman before me and man after me both equally aggravated. I won’t be back tot his location.
Everyone looks like they absolutely hate their jobs. It took us half an hour to check out and we were second in line… everyone walked past us when our food was done and no one would check us out until we called out across the place and there was plenty of people and many walked past us numerous times. Worst Moes ever.
The food was very fresh. The atmosphere was kinda dark. The music was fun. They have a freestyle coke machine, that was nice.
Excellent, fresh food, many combinations, sauces.fair price. Great for family.
This place is a joke…Disgusting the employees are very slow and have a attitude, burning my food multiple times, got my order wrong had to ask another employee to add on what I wanted… over the years this restaurant has just gone downhill the only thing going for it is the Starbucks across from it.
